As a part of school sports,college students’ sports and fitness activities play a rather important role in promoting the overall good development of the informal group of college students’ sports and fitness plays an important role and function in promoting the modernization of education and realizing the strategic layout of healthy China and strong sports country.Besides,the informal group of college students’ sports and fitness in general colleges and universities is an important carrier for the construction of campus sports culture atmosphere in domestic colleges and universities.In recent years,school sports have become more and more concerned by the national government as well as the society in depth,and the relevant national departments and institutions have issued corresponding policies and guidelines,emphasizing the need to adhere to the education concept of health first,to guarantee students’ physical exercise time,and to help students enjoy experiencing fun,enhance physical fitness,sound personality and exercise their will in physical exercise.Based on the support and promotion of relevant national policies,school sports in colleges and universities have been flourishing.The development and growth of the informal group of college students’ physical fitness is conducive to the cultivation of college students’ interests in physical fitness,the improvement of physical fitness and social skills,and the promotion of their harmonious physical and mental development and the formation of lifelong sports and exercise habits.Therefore,through the investigation of the current situation of the informal sports and fitness group of college students in Xinyang City,this study will sort out the substantive problems and develop the outstanding advantages,which is of great significance to correctly and reasonably guide college students to develop good sports and exercise habits and healthy lifestyles,strengthen their willpower,cultivate cooperation spirit and promote comprehensive and vigorous development.In this study,the informal group of college students’ physical fitness in ordinary colleges and universities in Xinyang City was taken as the research object,and college students of the informal group of physical fitness in five ordinary colleges and universities in Xinyang City were selected as the investigation subjects.Using literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,the study focuses on the current situation of the informal group of college students’ physical fitness in ordinary colleges and universities in Xinyang City,and the specific findings are as follows:(1)The formation of informal sports and fitness groups of college students in Xinyang City is mainly based on "small groups of interest,affinity,knowledge,confidant and faith".(2)The informal group of college students’ sports and fitness in ordinary colleges and universities in Xinyang City is characterized by spontaneity,randomness and fixed contact,agile information communication,loose organizational structure,forming a large mobility of personnel,dominated by the core person or majority opinion,and emotional logic as the relationship bond.(3)The sports consumption structure of the informal group of college students’ sports and fitness in Xinyang city is of a single type,mainly focusing on physical sports consumption.(4)The many factors affecting the informal group of college students’ physical fitness in Xinyang city according to the multiple response size weighting are: venue facilities >core characters > interaction,emotion,interest,common purpose > funding > school physical culture atmosphere > organization and management > lack of professional guidance > weather.
