With the development of technology,Internet addiction has become one of the common problem behaviors of middle school students.At present,Internet addiction is gradually getting younger,and Chinese middle school students have become a potential high-risk group for Internet addiction.The construction of cognitive system of middle school students is not yet mature,self-control needs to be improved,and the Internet is seductive,and it is easy to become addicted to the Internet.In addition to understanding the adverse effects of Internet addiction,we should also take preventive interventions from the factors that affect the families and individuals of Internet addiction to middle school students,so as to promote the healthy development of middle school students.In order to explore the influence of parent-child communication on Internet addiction,this study studies impulsive personality as a mediating variable in order to better explore the occurrence mechanism of Internet addiction in middle school students,and at the same time,group counseling is provided to middle school students with Internet addiction according to the relationship between the three to help middle school students control impulsivity and reduce the incidence of Internet addiction.In this study,the method of cluster stratified random sampling was used to select two ordinary middle schools,junior high schools(grades 1-3),High school(grades 1-3)has a total of 996 students.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Parent-child communication and Internet addiction were significantly negatively correlated among middle school students,parent-child communication was significantly negatively correlated with impulsivity,and impulsivity was significantly positively correlated with Internet addiction.(2)Middle school students’ parent-child communication negatively predicts Internet addiction,parent-child communication negatively predicts impulsivity,and impulsivity positively predicts Internet addiction.(3)Middle school students’ impulsivity has a partial mediating role in the relationship between parent-child communication and Internet addiction.(4)Through group counseling intervention on the impulsivity of students in Internet addiction,the impulsivity level can be effectively controlled,so as to effectively reduce the degree of Internet addiction of students in the intervention group.
