In recent years,Internet addiction has always been a hot spot of social concern,and it is also the focus of psychologists.Internet addiction refers to the excessive or inappropriate use of the network and the damage to the individual's psychological and social functions.Due to their strong curiosity,weak willpower,complex social environment,and the infinite appeal of the Internet,it is easy to cause junior high school students to become addicted to the Internet.Internet addiction students are generally separated from parent-child relationship,indifferent feelings,lack of friends,less social support,decreased self-confidence and self-esteem,and increased loneliness.It has a serious adverse effect on the psychological function and social function of junior high school students.Group counseling is a kind of psychological intervention technique that promotes interaction between members and learns new ways of cognition and behavior through group activities in the context of group activities through observation,learning and experience.Through the activities,I feel the care and love from my peers,and make friends with like-mindedness,and enhance self-confidence and self-esteem in the activities.This study can help more online addicts out of the haze,re-learn and grow,and embrace new life through online addiction group counseling.This study takes Internet addiction as an entry point,and combines the causes of Internet addiction to explore the psychological factors affecting Internet addiction and the intrinsic mechanism of these factors.By understanding the current situation of Internet addiction,social support,loneliness,and exploring the relationship between the three.On this basis,interventions were conducted using Internet addiction group counseling and the effects of interventions were evaluated.The research results are as follows:(1)Of the 221 junior high school students,116 were Internet addictions,accounting for 52.5%.Social support was significantly negatively correlated with internet addiction(r=-0.246).There was a significant positive correlation between loneliness and internet addiction(r=0.266).The total effect of social support on Internet addiction is 0.532.The direct effect of social support on Internet addiction is0.345.The indirect effect of loneliness on Internet addiction is 0.1867.(2)After the network addiction group counseling intervention,the experimental group's total scores of Internet addiction and compulsiveness,withdrawal response,tolerance,interpersonal and health,time management and other factors weresignificantly lower than the pretest scores.,(t= 7.398,2.805,6.759,5.991,6.504,6.038,.P <0.05).The social support total score and objective support,the post-test of the two factors supporting the utilization degree were significantly higher than the previous test(t=-3.158,-2.69,-3.515,P <0.05).The total score of Internet addiction and the post-test of each factor in the control group were higher than the previous test(t=-2.029,-2.316,-2.518,-1.28,-0.752,-2.539,)interpersonal and health and time management.The difference between the two factors was not statistically significant.The total scores of social support and loneliness in the control group were not statistically significant.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There are more Internet addicts in junior high school students.Social support has a significant negative predictive effect on Internet addiction,and loneliness has a significant positive predictive effect on Internet addiction.Loneliness plays a part in mediating between social support and internet addiction.(2)Internet addiction group counseling can effectively improve the Internet addiction problem,enhance social support,and promote the overall development of students.
