With the rapid development of information technology,it promotes the transformation of digital campus to smart campus,and the service-oriented smart campus has become a hot spot in the construction of universities nowadays.The "wisdom" in the smart campus refers not only to the wisdom of modern equipment,but also the wisdom of teaching for learning and the wisdom of supporting students’ independent learning.The focus and core of smart campus construction is to fully support learning,to support students’ personalized independent learning,and to enhance learning ability.In order to optimize the development of smart campus,colleges and universities should combine rigid environment construction and flexible learning support service system to serve every learner anytime and anywhere and help improve the quality of college education.At the same time,students’ increasingly personalized learning needs,intelligent applications with unclear positioning in the learning process,and learning support service frameworks that are difficult to execute accurately all bring serious challenges to the design and execution of learning support service system in colleges and universities.Based on this,universities should take the initiative to keep up with the times,innovate learning support services based on smart campus,and strengthen the deep interaction between smart campus construction and education and teaching ground.This study is guided by SERVQUAL theory,designed a learning support service evaluation questionnaire for colleges and universities,and launched a questionnaire survey with students of a smart campus demonstration institution.1398 valid questionnaires were collected in the survey,and descriptive analysis,difference analysis of expectation perception,analysis of reasons of learning support service gap and IPA were conducted by SPSS26.0 software to analyze the collected questionnaires.-importance and performance analysis to understand the current status of learning support services in universities.The results of the study show that(1)there is a gap between the expectations and perceptions of N-school students about learning support services in colleges and universities;(2)there is no significant difference between the expectations and perceptions of students of different genders and academic degrees about learning support services in colleges and universities,and there is a significant difference between the expectations and perceptions of students of different subject categories about learning support services in colleges and universities(3)The responsiveness dimension has the largest difference among the five elements of college learning support services and is the aspect that needs to be improved.(4)Cognitive gap,standard gap,delivery gap,and communication gap are the main reasons for the gap in the quality of learning support services in colleges and universities.(5)The priorities for improving the quality of learning support services in colleges and universities are:responsiveness,empathy,and tangibility,and reliability and assurance are advantageous areas that should be maintained.Based on the above findings,this study proposes optimization strategies based on the five dimensions,four gaps and four quadrants of IPA distribution of learning support services.On the five dimensions,we should promote infrastructure construction,continuously strengthen personnel resources support,focus on optimizing campus network operation and maintenance,gradually promote service mechanism construction and optimize online and offline interaction forms;on the four gaps,we should strengthen service awareness,develop service standards,strengthen On the four gaps,we should strengthen service awareness,develop service standards,strengthen personnel training and optimize service contents;on the four zones,we should increase service compensation in the improvement zone,cultivate service opportunities in the opportunity zone,optimize service types in the maintenance zone and improve service quality in the advantage zone.It is hoped that this study can provide reference and reference for the construction of smart campus and the improvement of learning support service system in colleges and universities,further improve students’ learning effect and enhance the quality of higher education talents cultivation.
