| The huge wave of informatisation has swept through all areas of the world,including education.With the development of AI+ education in China,smart education has come into being.The advent of the era of smart education has brought unprecedented challenges to the professional development of teachers.And,in an era where teachers and AI co-exist synergistically,teachers are in dire need of certain learning support services to enable effective online learning as a means to achieve development in a smart environment.What kind of competency structure should primary and secondary school teachers possess in the context of smart education?How can appropriate learning support services be provided to help teachers achieve effective online learning? How can teachers be provided with accurate resource recommendations based on their existing competencies? This has become an urgent issue for teachers’ professional development in the context of smart education.In order to help teachers understand the structural model of competencies they need to possess in the context of smart education,this study constructs a competency model for primary and secondary school teachers in the context of smart education.Firstly,the MAXQDA 2020 software was used to code and count the competencies mentioned by scholars in the research process;secondly,the competency items were selected by combining the relevant education policies issued by the state and the relevant standards for teacher education competencies;then the Delphi method was used to verify the reasonableness of the competency indicators through two rounds of expert questionnaires;finally,the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)was used to determine the Finally,AHP was used to determine the weights of each element in the competency model,and to determine the teacher education competency model in the context of smart education.After the teachers’ competency model is determined,in order to help teachers achieve effective online learning and realize accurate resource recommendations for them,the study constructs an online learning support service model for teachers’ education competency enhancement,through the elaboration of three online learning support service strategies: learning resource service,personalized service and knowledge co-construction service,to help teachers improve the efficiency of online learning and realize teachers’ personalized learning.One of the personalised services is to provide teachers with targeted learning resources and learning partners by testing their ability level and learning style.The competency assessment is based on the teacher education competency model in the context of smart education to enable teachers to assess their own competency,evaluate their competency level through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and recommend personalised learning resources for them according to their competency level.Finally,the teacher online learning support service model is used as a prototype to design and develop a teacher online learning platform with teacher competency testing and calculation,personalised learning resources and other functions to help teachers achieve personalised growth in a smart education environment.The analysis of this study shows that the study of online learning support services model for primary and secondary school teachers in the context of smart education is a development and exploration of research related to teachers’ professional development,and provides new ideas for teachers’ personalised learning and recommendation,with certain suggestions for reference,so this study is innovative in terms of theory and research methods. |
