As one of the important factors of school learning support services, the vigorous campus network has such tracts and advantages as digitalism, multimedia, interaction and fast speed. It plays a more and more important role in learning support services. To sum up, its learning support services mainly include resource support and process support.The three kinds of learning theories behaviorism, cognitionism, constructivism and situated cognition, explain learning from different angles. There are general "characters as well as differences among them, and they complement each other and develop coordinately. Their different explanations to learning lead to the differences of learning support services guided by the three kinds of learning theories. As the base of educational informationization, campus network realizes its support to learning resources and learning process guided by different learning theories. When design learning support services of campus network, we should take the attitude of incorporating things of diverse nature, Absorbing and integrating the essence of the three kinds of learning theories, choose or combine appropriate learning theories, provide corresponding learning resource, and give necessary process support, so as to ensure the final realization of learning goal and the all round development of learners.
