| At the present stage of compulsory education,schools tend to be more examoriented education,which leads to students’ learning pressure and heavy workload,and prominent problems of short-sightedness and utilitarianism in the stage of compulsory education.At present,all kinds of off-campus training institutions "mixed",off-campus training institutions of various kinds of disorderly charging phenomenon,"difficult to refund" phenomenon,"roll money away" phenomenon and the excessive influx of capital phenomenon.This series of problems brought excessive economic pressure and mental pressure to every family,and the social repercussion was also very strong.The General Offices of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework burden and off-campus training Burden of students receiving compulsory education in order to ease students’ schoolwork burden and regulate various training institutions in society,which is the "double reduction" policy.In this context,after-class service can bring students’ learning back to campus,improve the quality of education,teaching and service,reduce students’ schoolwork pressure,make homework assignment more reasonable,standardize offcampus training institutions,eliminate the chaos of subject training,and promote educational equity.Therefore,after-class service is a good demand that benefits tens of millions of families.It is also a livelihood project to improve people’s sense of gain and happiness,in which after-school sports service plays an extremely important role.In order to further improve the quality of after-school physical education services,explore the problems existing in the development process of after-school physical education services in primary schools,so as to further improve the quality of after-school physical education services in primary schools and better serve students.Guided by the double reduction policy and based on SERVQUAL model,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of after-school physical education service quality in primary schools by using literature data method and Delphi method.First of all,based on the SERVQUAL model theory and related literature and policy documents,the evaluation index system of after-school physical education service quality in primary schools is preliminarily constructed.Secondly,after two rounds of Delphi method,the evaluation index system of primary school PE after-school service quality with 5 first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators is finally determined,and the weight of each indicator is calculated according to expert opinions,completing the construction of the evaluation index system of primary school PE after-school service quality.Thirdly,according to the principle of one-to-one correspondence and the observation points of each index,the questionnaire was designed for students,and eight primary schools in Rizhao were selected to distribute it to students above grade 3.The quality of afterschool physical education services in primary schools in Rizhao was investigated and studied.The research conclusions are as follows:1、Use the quality evaluation model to score the after-school physical education service quality of primary schools in Rizhao.(1)Service quality scores of each index under the first-level index.Among them,the scores of four indicators are greater than 0,namely,"B3 school has a good sports atmosphere","B5 after-school sports service teachers have a decent image","B18 after-school sports service teachers are enthusiastic and patient to guide students","B27 school and teachers give priority to the interests of students",that is,students have a high satisfaction with the service quality of the above indicators.The scores of other indicators of service quality are all lower than 0,and students’ satisfaction is poor.It is necessary to further improve the quality of service.(2)Score of dimension quality.The score of each dimension is less than 0,indicating that students’ satisfaction with the five dimensions of service quality of after-school physical education service of primary schools in Rizhao is low,and the five dimensions of service quality need to be further improved.(3)Overall score of after-school service quality.The score of-0.28 is less than 0,indicating that the actual perceived value of students’ evaluation of the after-school physical education service quality of primary schools in Rizhao is lower than the expected value.Students’ overall satisfaction with the afterschool physical education service of primary schools in Rizhao is poor,and the afterschool service quality needs to be further optimized.2、Use IPA model to analyze the after-school physical education service quality of primary schools in Rizhao.The indicators of high student satisfaction and good service quality are distributed in the first and fourth quadrants,which mainly include the following aspects:(1)Sufficient equipment in the school;(2)Scientific and reasonable curriculum arrangement;(3)Reasonable fees for after-school sports services;(4)Teachers have strong sense of responsibility and care for students;(5)Teachers can evaluate students accurately and objectively;(6)The school has a good sports atmosphere;(7)The image of after-school sports service teachers is appropriate;(8)Teachers are enthusiastic and patient when guiding students.The indicators of low student satisfaction and poor service quality are distributed in the second and third quadrants,mainly in the following aspects:(1)lack of teachers;(2)The teaching methods of teachers are monotonous and the class is monotonous;(3)It is not effective in stimulating students’ interest in sports and improving students’ physical quality.(4)The teaching method of "one size fits all" cannot take into account the individual differences of students;(5)Less attention is paid to students with poor physique;(6)There is a lag in the improvement of students’ feedback;(7)Low utilization rate of online teaching course resources.According to the problems existing in Rizhao primary school PE after-school service quality,corresponding suggestions are put forward.(1)Strengthen the construction of teachers,make up for the shortage of PE teachers in schools;(2)Improve the teaching methods,adopt a variety of teaching methods,improve the physical education classroom atmosphere;(3)Guide students to participate in sports activities,improve students’ physical quality,stimulate students’ interest in sports,and promote students’ all-round physical and mental development through sports;(4)taking into account the individual differences of students,teaching according to their aptitude;(5)Adopt the teaching form of homogenous grouping and care for students with poor physique;(6)Pay attention to the feedback of students and improve the quality of afterschool sports service in time;(7)Combining online and offline teaching to improve the utilization rate of online teaching course resources. |
