| After-school service is one of the key priority of the basic education and an important part of the implementation of the “Double reduction” policy.Whether it is the introduction of various policies or the opening of various channels,primary after-school service-related projects and content are upgraded filcs all over the country.At present,it is one of the main trends and directions of the development of after-school service to promote the participation of multi-subjects in it.From the perspective of multi-subject participation,this study focuses on investigating the present situation of after-school service in primary schools in Y city,analyzing the existing problems and the reasons behind them,and exploring ways to optimize it.The main research methods of this paper are as follows: literature,consulting relevant literature and information on the existing theoretical system and research status of a preliminary understanding,analysis of its research results and progress to be made;This paper adopts the questionnaire of after-school service in primary schools in Y City(divided into parents’ version and teachers’ version),which is issued by Y City Education Bureau,and uses the results of the questionnaire to provide the corresponding data support for this paper,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,the relevant personnel were selected from the educational administrative departments,school administrators,teachers,parents,students and social organizations to conduct interviews,it is complementary to the results of questionnaire.This paper analyzes the status quo of after-school service in primary schools in Y city by using the theory of coordination and the theory of stakeholders,which provides an important foundation for the further development of after-school service in primary schools in Y city.The study shows that there are three problems in multi-subject participation in after-school service in primary schools: Firstly,multi-subject participation in after-school service is not sufficient,secondly,that the boundary of multi-subject participation in after-school service responsibility is not clear,thirdly,the construction of multi-agent coordination mechanism is difficult.There are three reasons for the above-mentioned problems: Above all the insufficient supply of after-school service policy,in addition is the conflict of multi-subject concept of physical education,furthermore the unclear mechanism of home-school-community cooperative education.Based on the analysis of relevant theories and policies,this paper puts forward the optimization path of after-school service from the perspective of multi-subjects: first,to perfect the top-level design of after-school service policy,second,to enhance the ability of multi-subjects to participate in after-school service,third,strengthen the platform construction of multi-subject participation in after-school service.Last but not least,build a home-school-community cooperation to help the development of after-school service in Y city. |
