Research On The Collaborative Supply Path Of Multiple Subjects Of Rural National Fitness Public Service

Building a higher level of public service system for national fitness,as an important symbol of a strong sports country and a strong support for building a healthy China,is in line with the people’s expectations for a high quality of life.Promoting the construction of a higher level of national fitness public services in rural areas is an important choice to practice the strategy of rural revitalization.With the acceleration of economic and social development,rural residents are increasingly aware of fitness and health,and their demands are increasingly diversified and personalized.The single-subject supply mode of rural national fitness public services by the government has been unable to meet the actual needs of rural residents,and there is a contradiction between demand growth and supply shortage.Based on the theme of multi-subject collaborative supply of rural public fitness services,this study took Weifang City of Shandong Province as an example,combined with field investigation and questionnaire analysis,and applied theories such as new public service,synergetic science and stakeholders as theoretical support to objectively analyze the necessity of multi-subject collaborative supply and relevant interest relations.It constructs the theoretical framework of multi-subject collaborative supply of national fitness public services from the perspective of rural revitalization,and then,combined with the development status of rural national fitness public services in Weifang,deeply analyzes the difficulties and causes of the collaborative target,cooperative system,cooperative mechanism and cooperative subject in the multi-subject collaborative supply of rural fitness public services in Weifang.And then put forward the supply path improvement strategy of the multi-subject collaborative supply of rural national fitness public services in Weifang City,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical ideas for promoting the multi-subject collaborative supply of rural national fitness public services.The following conclusions are drawn preliminarily through the research:(1)With the concept of high quality and high efficiency,with the goal of meeting the needs of rural residents and achieving the balance between urban and rural supply and demand,and with the principle of service,demand and coordination,the successful experience in the development of national fitness public services at home and abroad is used for reference to construct the collaborative supply framework of multiple subjects of rural national fitness public services.Through the organic integration of multiple forces,the coupling between functions is promoted.We will improve the effectiveness of public fitness services in rural areas.(2)At present,the rural national fitness public service in Weifang is still dominated by government supply.By analyzing the difficulties and causes of the collaborative supply of multiple subjects in rural national fitness public service in Weifang,it is concluded that there are some problems in the target,system,mechanism of collaborative supply as well as the supply subjects themselves.And from the government function lag,the main body rights and responsibilities unclear,residents participation is not smooth,incomplete management and other aspects of the cause analysis.(3)Through the theoretical construction of the multi-subject collaborative supply of national fitness public services from the perspective of rural revitalization,combined with the current situation and causes of the multi-subject collaborative supply of rural fitness public services in Weifang,from the aspects of collaborative consciousness,collaborative system,collaborative mechanism and collaborative channels,design the supply path enhancement strategy of the multi-subject collaborative supply of rural fitness public services in Weifang.
