| Rural primary school labor education is not only an important component of rural education,but also an important path for inheriting and innovating excellent rural culture and assisting in rural revitalization.For rural students in primary school,labor education can cultivate their labor habits,improve labor skills,and stimulate labor emotions,playing an irreplaceable role in their growth and development.The comprehensive implementation of labor education in rural primary schools can meet the requirements of comprehensive human development and also help to achieve educational equity.The study first reviewed the field theory and found its relevance to labor education,establishing a theoretical basis for the study;The research comprehensively utilizes research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview,and case analysis to conduct a survey and research on the current situation of labor education in rural primary schools in Hubei Province,in order to discover the achievements and problems of labor education in rural primary schools,and attribute analysis based on a field perspective.Finally,based on the advanced experience of labor education in Hong’an County,explore the possible paths for rural primary school labor education,and provide suggestions for the practical implementation of rural primary school labor education work.The research describes the research results and corresponding analysis of the implementation of labor education in rural primary schools from four aspects: labor education cognition,basic labor literacy,the implementation of school labor education,and the guarantee of labor education resources.Overall,rural primary school labor education has achieved certain results,and teachers generally support the implementation of labor education.However,there are also problems with teachers’ one-sided understanding of labor education,students’ overall labor literacy is not high,school labor education is not yet standardized,and labor education resources are lacking in protection.Based on the perspective of education field,analyzing from the perspectives of cultural field,economic field,social field,and political field,it is found that the main reasons for the problems of labor education in rural primary schools are errors in labor education concepts,insufficient conditional resources,physical space displacement,and insufficient government regulation.Based on the above research and analysis,the excellent experience of labor education in Hong’an County,Huanggang City was further explored from the perspectives of promotion strategies and practical paths.It was found that the success of labor education in Hong’an County mainly stems from rich cultural capital,diverse power subjects,and comprehensive curriculum planning.In response to the issues found in the survey and combined with the experience of Hong’an County,we attempt to propose improvement suggestions in four aspects of rural primary school labor education.Firstly,transform educational thinking and reshape labor cognitive habits;Secondly,explore the course content and enhance the awareness of knowledge capital;Once again,improve the implementation form and build a diversified cooperation platform;Finally,improve the guarantee mechanism and play the role of political coordination. |
