The development of rural basic education is an important part of the national education balance plan.The development of the new era needs to build a team of teachers with excellent quality and vitality,so as to stimulate the vitality of rural school education.At present,a large number of students are lost in rural primary schools and teachers are in short supply.Together with other negative factors,it has an impact on Teachers’ professionalism and educational belief.The new development goal puts forward new requirements for the management mode of rural schools,and provides an opportunity for teachers to participate in school management.From the perspective of educational field theory,this study structurally divides the school field according to the actual situation,and helps to analyze the structural characteristics of the overall management environment.The purpose is to build a high coupling between the objective environment of school management and the main body of teachers and the isomorphism of the basic structure,how to form a systematic and hierarchical optimal combination in the field,enrich the structure of educational field while the main body of teachers develops,and form a dynamic Multi dimensional and efficient school education field.In the research,it is found that the management mode of rural primary schools is mainly humanized management.Affected by the loss of students,the school management mode has the phenomenon of simplification and marginalization.At the same time,the participation of teachers in school management has the problems of conceptual understanding deviation,lack of institutional guarantee and unbalanced personal career development of teachers.The above problems lead to the lack of organizational vitality of rural primary schools,and it is difficult for teachers to participate in school management,which restricts the further development of schools.According to the survey results,combined with the background and actual situation of rural education,this paper analyzes all aspects of teachers’ participation in school management.From the four aspects of changing the concept of principals,regaining the role identity of rural teachers,optimizing the institutional field structure and improving the personal career development system of teachers,we should seek a way out that meets the development needs of rural primary schools under the current situation,explore a new model of rural primary school management,and promote teachers to actively participate in school management,so as to stimulate the endogenous vitality of rural schools and optimize the overall quality of rural teachers,Form a team of high-quality teachers in line with the requirements of the times.
