The Research On The Characteristic Of White-collar Women’s Sports Participation In Tianhe District,G.Z.

As the economy develops and new policies are put forward,the status of women in the social life was improved gradually,and the number of women working for specialized,technical and management work grew gradually.These women,to a certain extent,formed a unique group,white-collar female.White-collar women working in high pressure are involved in various occupational diseases due to lack of sports participation.With the change of lifestyle,more and more white-collar women participate in sports.Therefore,the research on the characteristics of the sports participation of white-collar women has become a hot issue in the society.This text uses the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the white-collar female’s sports participation in Tianhe District,Guangzhou.The survey investigated 234 white-collar women from Tianhe District,Guangzhou in total.The thesis studied white-collar women from three aspects: the basic information of white-collar females,the population characteristics of white-collar women’s sports participation and the influencing factors of white-collar females’ sports participation.The basic information of white-collar women includes age,marital status,educational background,income,position,work unit nature,etc.the population characteristics of white-collar females mainly include: the purpose of white-collar females’ participation in sports,the source of their interest,their attitudes and concepts,the sports projects,selection of movement space,sports time,frequency,intensity and their relevant consumption situation.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The purposes and interests of white-collar women in Tianhe district of Guangzhou are diversified,but some white-collar women’s concepts are backward.2.The sports projects and selection of movement space of white-collar women in Tianhe district of Guangzhou correspond to their population characteristics but the sports projects lacks inventiveness.3.The degree of participation of white-collar women in Tianhe district of Guangzhou is high overall,but it still exists a phenomenon that some white-collar women have a low participation or even don’t participate in sports and have a poor participation awareness.4.The environment of stadiums,life pressure,the atmosphere of sports participation and the complexity of movement process are the main factors that influence the participation of white-collar women in Tianhe district of Guangzhou.According to the conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Pay attention to the physical and mental health of white-collar women.2.Enhance the awareness of white-collar women’s participation in sports;3.Explore sports programs suitable for white-collar women and promote sports consumption;4.Provide third-party talents supply and create a good atmosphere.
