| In order to reverse the common social phenomenon that students’ homework burden and off-campus training burden are too heavy,in 2021,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education(referred to as the "double Reduction" policy).From the level of national policy,it proposed to strengthen school education and teaching quality and after-school service level,and make homework assignment more scientific and reasonable.After school services basically meet the needs of students document spirit.In order to deeply understand the status quo of after-school physical education services after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,8 primary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou were selected as the survey objects,and the current status and development strategy of after-school physical education services in primary schools were investigated from four different dimensions,namely,schools,teachers,students and parents,using the method of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics.Factor analysis is used to discuss the influencing factors.The results are as follows:1.At the school level: 8 primary schools in the survey conducted after-school sports services;Reasonable service hours;The service funds are mainly paid by parents,and the funding source is relatively simple.The service items are mainly basketball,skipping rope and chess.The cooperation between the school and the third party is the main form of after-school sports service.Service supervision is mainly based on schools.2.Teachers: The teachers of after-school physical education service are mainly from third-party training institutions,and the participation rate of school teachers is relatively low.The proportion of male teachers participating in after-school physical education services is higher than that of female teachers,and the age of teachers is mainly 21-30 years old,mainly young teachers.There are few teachers with the professional and technical level of national second-level athletes or above.3.Students: After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,most students say that they spend more time on physical exercise.Most students participate in after-school sports services 1-2 times a week,and the frequency of participation is relatively low.The top five sports with the highest student participation are basketball,skipping rope,badminton,chess and football.4.Parents: Most parents have a high degree of satisfaction with the support degree and service effect of after-school sports service;Parents hope that the after-school sports service can further enrich the service content,strengthen the faculty and allow parents to visit the school.5.At the level of influencing factors: the main factors affecting the development of after-school sports service in primary schools in Tianhe District are:system factor,security factor,service factor,teacher factor and student factor.The cumulative variance contribution rate of these five factors is 80.33% after rotation.According to the problems existing in the development of after-school physical education services in primary schools in Tianhe District,combined with the questionnaire survey and expert interviews,the following optimization paths are summarized:(1)Strengthen the policy guarantee,improve the service supervision mechanism;(2)Explore multi-channel fund supply and improve the basic guarantee of service;(3)Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve teachers’ professional ability;(4)Construction of school sports characteristic culture,enrich after-school sports service content;(5)Strengthen service publicity and create good public opinion guidance. |
