| The number of patients with mental disorders is increasing,which has a negative impact on the patients,their families and society.The medical model of mental illness began to shift from the traditional bio-psychological model to the bio-psycho-social model.How to help patients with mental disorders in the recovery period correctly view the disease,alleviate bad emotions,and return to family and society has become a topic of concern in academic and practical circles.In this paper,taking patients with mental disorders during the convalescent period of Shanxi A Mental Kangning Hospital as the research object,using questionnaire survey method,observation method and interview method,it is found that patients with mental disorders in the recovery period have social maladaptation: psychological fragility,emotional depression,family tension and difficulty in integrating into society.Based on ecosystem theory,it analyzed the various reasons why service recipients affect their social adaptation in micro,meso and macro systems,including insufficient individual cognition,insufficient informal support,and sociocultural and institutional constraints.To this end,social workers have carried out 9 group activities for the service recipients,including changing misconceptions,reasonably controlling emotions,improving family relationships,and improving community resilience.And social adaptation questionnaire was used for before and after testing.Through the data before and after changes,it can be seen that the group work in the rehabilitation period of patients with mental disorders has obvious effects on improving the degree of their acceptance of the disease,family adaptation and community adaptation ability and other aspects of obvious results.The social adaptability of patients with mental disorders during the rehabilitation period has been improved,which is conducive to their comprehensive recovery and smooth return to society. |
