Great network ecology can promote the development of the country and society,and network public opinion governance is conducive to the formation of a clear network ecological environment.At present,the network has become a high incidence of social public opinion.With the development of the network,the heterogeneity of social relations has become increasingly prominent.Based on this,the paper proposes the research topic of public opinion spreading and opinion dynamic in heterogeneous relational networks and combines game theory and other related theories to study individual behavior update strategies to provide ideas for better guiding and controlling public opinion spreading.Through case studies,focusing on the spread and dynamic of public opinion in real situations,corresponding guidance strategies are given for different subjects.Combined with the prisoner’s dilemma model,this paper first proposes a memory-based strategy selection method and analyzes the influence of temptation gain,psychological bias factors and greed mechanism on individual behavior and its benefits.The greater the average degree of the individual’s network and the temptation benefit of the individual’s environment,the more unfavorable it is to the cooperation between individuals,that is,the individual is more inclined to spread public opinion.Psychological bias factors have different effects on the cooperation between individuals in different networks.In addition,the average returns of cooperators and defectors in heterogeneous networks are higher than those in homogeneous networks,and no matter what strategy an individual adopts,the average returns and his degree show a significant linear relationship.Secondly,in this paper,when studying the evolution mechanism of heterogeneous relationship network opinion,it is found that the influence of the heterogeneous relations between individuals and different spreading capabilities on the speed and scale of public opinion spreading is explored.In heterogeneous social networks,different strong relations structures can significantly affect the spreading of public opinion.When the structure of the strong relationship is a heterogeneous network,the dissemination of public opinion reaches equilibrium in a shorter time,and the final density of spreaders is higher.When the strong relation structure is homogeneous network,if the individual’s activity is negatively correlated with its propagation speed,public opinion is easier to spread.However,in the heterogeneous strong relationship structure,the results are almost the opposite.In addition,the average individual’s spreading ability and average weak degree will also significantly affect the final density of public opinion spreaders.Thirdly,when studying the dynamic mechanism of heterogeneous network opinions,in the proposed heterogeneous relationship network,if the individual forgetting speed is greater,the social interaction intensity and the interaction intensity between individuals are smaller,and it is easier to form a unified opinion.When the intensity of social interaction becomes larger,it is difficult for online networks to form a more unified opinion.This paper also studies the influence of different factors on the change of positive and negative opinions in the network.It is found that smaller parameters will make positive and negative opinions coexist in the group,but with the increase of parameters,there are almost only positive opinions in the group.We first conduct simulation experiments on artificial networks to obtain the above conclusions.These conclusions have also been verified in the heterogeneous social network based on the real social network Facebook,and found that achieving a unified opinion on the real network needs to meet more stringent conditions.Finally,combined with case analysis,the four dimensions of government,mass media,opinion leaders and the public,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on public opinion governance.The government needs to release the latest news related to public opinion in time to make public opinion more transparent.The mass media should comprehensively and objectively report information related to public opinion.Opinion leaders should actively play a positive role in guiding the public.The public should remain rational,avoid blind obedience,and improve judgment.
