Research On The Evolution And Guiding Strategy Of Network Public Opinion In Emergencies

With the development of Internet technology,the network has become the main carrier for people to obtain information and express their opinions.Network public opinion has the characteristics of fast transmission speed and wide range.Emergency network public opinion is the extension of social public opinion in the Internet space,and the network expression of social public opinion.The research and guidance of emergency network public opinion has gradually become the focus of the government,public opinion monitoring and other relevant departments and institutions.First of all,this article used the network crawling technique to get and analyze the comments related to the emergency on the micro-blog platform.Secondly,he used Natural Language Processing(NLP)to analyze the key points of public opinion,and Named Entity Recognition(NER)to analyze the role of different groups in the evolution of public opinion on the Internet.The results showed that in the process of public opinion guidance,there was a lack of ability to distinguish public opinion events,the ability to guide public opinion needed to be improved,and the speed of emergency response was slow.The supervision of the new media was not perfect,and the time delay of the case was long.Then he sorted out the key factors that affected the spread of the public opinion on the Internet,and investigated their relationships and the mechanism of their effect on the spread of the public opinion on the Internet.Finally,based on the real situation,the system’s dynamic model was established for simulation,and the corresponding public opinion guiding strategy was proposed.The results show that the improvement of government response ability has a more obvious stabilizing effect on network public opinion in the emergency of natural disasters and social security incidents;In public health emergencies,higher requirements are put forward for the government’s response capacity;In the emergency disaster,the government credibility and transparency play a good role;Traditional media and we media play opposite roles in the dissemination of Internet public opinion.Increasing the attention of traditional media and strengthening the timeliness of traditional media reports will help to weaken Internet public opinion;Reducing the degree of opposition within the netizen group and the degree of doubt of netizens is the effective starting point of public opinion guidance.In the process of network public opinion guidance,we need to strengthen the supervision of new media in emergency network public opinion,and improve the scientific literacy and cognitive ability of Internet users;Speed up emergency response and improve the construction of network public opinion system for emergencies;Establish a variety of emergency public opinion guidance methods;We will further strengthen the ability of the government to have direct dialogue with the people.
