Research On Public Opinion Communication Based On Endogenous Dynamic Network

In the traditional media era,public opinion communication has a delay and low efficiency,so it can be well controlled and not further expanded.However,with the emergence of the Internet,the information exchange channels between people are becoming more and more diversified,and the communication speed is faster and faster,especially the emergence of new media such as microblog and Wechat,which makes the Internet users have the ability to independently spread public opinions,and a large number of negative public opinions such as network violence are full of network space.Although this common public domain exists in virtual form,it has a certain impact on the public information acquisition and value orientation,and brings new challenges to the governance and control strategy of relevant government departments.Public opinion can be spread by means of network resources.Network structure has certain influence on the speed and effect of public opinion transmission.In the process of communication,the network structure is not fixed.The interaction between public opinion and network belongs to endogenous relationship.This paper analyzes the communication process of public opinion in the endogenous dynamic network,discusses its evolution rules and mechanisms,and provides reference for the government to strengthen the management of network content and create a clear network space.This paper uses the classical Deffaunt continuous view evolution model for reference,introduces complex network as the transmission carrier.In the process of public opinion communication,the nodes in the network are dynamically reconnected due to the difference of attitude towards public opinion matters,and establishes an internal vivid network public opinion communication model based on dynamic network and viewpoint evolution.Based on the research of endogenous dynamic network,the results of public opinion communication are analyzed according to different situations according to the influencing factors,including different distribution of initial views,tolerance value,bounded trust range and network structure.At the same time,the dynamic changes of the network structure caused by cognitive imbalance of individuals in the process of public opinion communication are studied.The experimental results collect two data: the results of public opinion transmission are the opinion value of all individuals at each time,the time to reach the equilibrium state,etc.,and the other is the network structure,mainly the degree value of all individuals at each time,the coefficient of variation of network structure,etc.Then,the variance analysis was used to test whether there was significant difference at different levels.After analyzing the simulation data,we can draw the important conclusion from two aspects: public opinion communication and dynamic change of network structure.In terms of public opinion communication,although the initial view distribution is different,as long as the trust threshold is large enough,the resistance of communication between individuals is reduced.After strengthening communication,consensus group opinions can be formed.There is no bias to eliminate the consistency of the other two distribution.However,in the low trust threshold,there is no extensive interaction among the groups.The exchange of opinions is limited to a few individuals,and it is easy to form many obvious view clusters.In terms of dynamic changes of network structure,there are many individuals with cognitive disorder in the initial time of simulation,the incidence of node dynamic reconnection is high,the variation coefficient fluctuates the largest,and then decreases gradually.When the public opinion reaches the equilibrium state,the difference between the views between individuals is not large,there is no cognitive imbalance,the dynamic reconnection between nodes will not occur,and the coefficient of variation will remain stable,and become a straight line parallel to the horizontal axis,but it is not zero.Finally,according to the characteristics between public opinion communication and network structure,this paper proposes three strategies for the government public opinion control,governance and guidance,seeks and punishes the important influence of the source of communication,the timely release of information that can guide public opinion,and improve the awareness of comprehensive literacy of Internet users and the ability to distinguish public opinion,so as to reduce the negative effect of public opinion and shape healthy public opinion A healthy and orderly network environment.
