Teacher education punishment is not only an important topic in educational research,but also an existing problem that needs to be solved urgently in practical teaching.With the rapid development of online media,teacher education and punishment incidents have formed widespread public opinion on the Internet,which has brought greater pressure and influence on teachers.In order to help teachers alleviate the pressure of education punishment in the existing environment,and help the government to introduce a reasonable punishment system,it is feasible and necessary to study the existing problems of teacher education punishment from the perspective of online public opinion.This research is mainly based on Lewin's group dynamics theory and Bourdieu's field theory.It mainly uses questionnaires,interviews and observations to survey 230 teachers.The status quo has been studied theoretically and practically.The research mainly investigates the influence of online public opinion on teacher education punishment from three dimensions: teachers' awareness of education punishment,teachers' emotions on education punishment,and teachers' behaviors on education punishment,and understands the current situation and problems of teacher education punishment under the influence of network public opinion.,Analyze the reasons for the problem,and try to propose strategies to alleviate the pressure of online public opinion when teachers implement education punishment.Through the analysis of the current situation of teacher education punishment,it is found that the following problems exist in teacher education punishment under the influence of online public opinion: the influence of network public opinion on teacher education punishment is widespread and influential;teachers are confused about the rationality and caring of education punishment;Negative public opinion attitude puts more pressure on teachers;teachers' disciplinary behavior of education tends to be cautious,and there is a phenomenon of impunity;rural teachers are more affected by online public opinion and face more pressure and other problems.According to the further investigation of the problem,it is found that the reasons for the problem are the uneven communication of Internet public opinion,the disorderly and disseminated communication channels;the poor professional ability of some teachers,the low management ability;the lack of a unified punishment system and reasonable guarantee mechanisms by the education management department;Teachers 'autonomy has been weakened under the influence of multiple forces,teachers' traditional ideas of punishment have been solidified,and their ability to learn and reflect has been lacking.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and causes,it proposes strategies to alleviate the pressure of online public opinion when teachers implement educational discipline: establish and improve the guidance mechanism of online public opinion;improve the system of teacher education and discipline;improve teachers' professionalism and professional ability;schools Establish a reasonable punishment protection mechanism and reform the teacher evaluation mechanism;the society attaches importance to the leading position of teachers and protects their reasonable rights and interests.
