| At present,China’s urbanization process is in full swing.The accelerated development of urbanization process makes the vocational training of migrant workers not only urgent,but also facing many problems worth improving.By 2020,China’s urbanization rate has exceeded 60.65%,reaching the average level of the global urbanization rate,while the urbanization rate of developed countries and regions has also exceeded 80%.This shows that China’s urbanization process faces a long road ahead.As early as 2010,The General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Further Improving the Training of Migrant Workers,which clearly pointed out that from 2003 to 2010,the national vocational training for migrant workers has achieved outstanding results and the vocational skills of migrant workers have been greatly improved.However,the vocational training of migrant workers in China has been faced with problems such as insufficient overall planning of vocational training projects,low quality of vocational training teaching and imperfect supervision and restriction mechanism.Therefore,in order to promote the process of urbanization and help migrant workers better live in cities,it is urgent to carry out vocational training for migrant workers.The innovation points of this thesis are as follows: based on human capital theory,adult learning theory,vocational education theory,Kirschner evaluation theory,total quality management and other theories,taking TJ vocational training institutions as the research object,and analyzing the problems existing in quality management of vocational training for migrant workers from the perspective of theoretical knowledge.In addition,questionnaire survey and interview methods were used to investigate and analyze the trainees,lecturers and managers of migrant workers in the training institution,and statistical analysis methods such as reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to sort out,screen,analyze and demonstrate the survey data.This thesis comprehensively summarizes the current situation of vocational training for migrant workers in TJ vocational training institutions,analyzes the existing problems and causes in quality management of vocational training for migrant workers from the point to the surface,and finally puts forward corresponding training quality improvement strategies.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: After years of teaching experience in employment and entrepreneurship training,TJ vocational training institution has made certain achievements.However,through the analysis of the survey data,the overall level of vocational training for migrant workers is not high.There are four major problems in training quality management: inaccurate orientation of training objectives,ineffective training effect,ineffective training organization guarantee,and incomplete training quality evaluation mechanism.In view of the above problems,this thesis analyzes the causes of the problems in detail,and finally puts forward the corresponding suggestions.Suggestions include: pay attention to the training needs survey,clear training objectives;Optimize training design and innovate training forms;Strengthen the training organization,improve the guarantee system;Strengthen the training quality evaluation,improve the training quality evaluation feedback mechanism.In recent years,the market competitiveness of this vocational training institution has declined,and fewer and fewer people actively sign up for training.From this point of view,the training content and quality of the institution must be constantly updated,improved and enhanced with The Times according to the market demand.The research results of this thesis can help the training institution to put forward feasible countermeasures for training quality optimization and improvement,and have certain application value for enhancing the core competitiveness of the training institution. |
