Research On The Status Quo And Improvement Measures Of Vocational Skills Training For Migrant Workers In Training Center Of Z City

Since the outbreak of the new epidemic at the end of 2019,a large number of migrant workers have returned home,and the employment situation of migrant workers who are already on the edge of the job market has become more severe.Training center,as a designated training institution in Z city,is an important carrier of vocational skills training for migrant workers in Z city.Facing the new era,new requirements and the environment of fully liberalizing vocational skills training,how to improve the teaching mode and methods of this unit,further improve the vocational skills training for migrant workers,and improve the vocational skills level and training quality of trainees are the major issues that Z city training center is facing in the vocational training for migrant workers.In this paper,the relevant literature and materials are sorted out,a series of field investigations and interviews are carried out to obtain first-hand data,and the history,scale and implementation of vocational skills training for migrant workers in Z training center are expounded and analyzed.Taking migrant workers participating in training center as samples,feedback interviews and satisfaction questionnaires are conducted,and the existing problems in vocational skills training for migrant workers in training center are found and summarized.Among them,there are some main problems in the training center,such as insufficient training needs analysis,insufficient training publicity,imperfect training system,low training supply quality,insufficient training funds and resources,and lack of follow-up employment services.Through analysis,it is found that the reasons for these problems are:the training center receives training passively,the staff of the training center is influenced by the establishment and concept,the training guarantee mechanism is not perfect,the information of the training market is asymmetric,and the government departments do not form synergy in management and lack of incentive and guarantee measures.On the basis of the above,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the vocational skills training of migrant workers in training centers.Specific improvement measures include:enhancing the overall service awareness of the training center,strengthening the construction of various software and hardware facilities of the training center,promoting the marketization of vocational skills training in the training center,improving the funding sources,use and supervision mechanism of the training center,and improving the detection and feedback mechanism of the training effect.At the end of the paper,it is the summary and prospect of the whole article.
