Improving the quality of migrant workers will play an important role in promoting the increase of migrant workers,the construction of new countryside and the integration of urban and rural areas.Training of migrant workers is the core way to improve the quality of migrant workers."Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Improving the Training of Migrant Workers"(Guo Fa [2010] No.11)pointed out that the training of migrant workers has achieved remarkable results,the policy measures are improving,and the training is continuing to increase.Professional skills have improved significantly.However,there are still problems in the training of migrant workers.The 2016 State Council Government Work Report proposes that more than 21 million person-times of migrant workers should be trained in vocational skills.In the training of migrant workers,as the core component of contemporary vocational education in China,vocational colleges should shoulder the core responsibility of serving the society.Based on the vocational education and training theory,this paper has determined the research direction based on the extensive academic literature.The Wenjiang District A school is the research object.Through the field investigation and interview,the first-hand data is obtained,and the data is filtered,statistically analyzed.This paper discusses the current situation of vocational colleges participating in the training of migrant workers,and puts forward the existing problems,and puts forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.The first two chapters of this paper are theoretical research,through a large number of literature research to build the framework of this study;the last three chapters are empirical research.Specifically,the first chapter is an introduction to the significance and background of this study,research status at home and abroad,research purposes,content,technical routes and methods outlined;the second chapter is the theoretical basis for this study;the third chapter will be secondary vocational school A school as an example of analysis of its agricultural.The implementation status of migrant workers' training is studied by interviews,questionnaires and other methods.Based on the training content,process,direction,mode,teachers' team and other levels,the actual situation of the current training work is displayed,and the main achievements of Vocational Colleges in the training work of migrant workers are found out.Chapter five is conclusion and countermeasure suggestion.It summarizes the whole paper and puts forward feasible ways.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: A vocational school in the training of migrant workers has made a rich level of training,mature teachers,school reputation,enterprise and school mutual penetration and other achievements.However,there are still some problems in independent development,teaching service,tracking service,training implementation,government enforcement,restraint mechanism and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: government,colleges,employing units and migrant workers themselves.Finally,based on the employing units,schools,the government three levels put forward targeted suggestions and solutions: government departments should strengthen overall management,build a reasonable mechanism: schools to update ideas,innovative education teaching mode: employing units actively participate in,to provide appropriate support.
