Our government has always been very concerned about the employment of migrant workers,academia has also given high attention in this regard,carried out a lot of related research,also made a lot of gratifying results.Nowadays,there are some problems in the employment of migrant workers,and these problems lead to a lot of negative effects,directly related to the vital interests of migrant workers,not conducive to the stability of our economy and social harmony.Employment training for migrant workers is not only an objective requirement for the promotion of human capital,but also plays a positive role in safeguarding the fairness and justice of the whole society.Jilin Province has a large number of migrant workers,so the research on the employment training of migrant workers is more representative.Based on the theory of equity and justice and the theory of human capital,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the employment training of migrant workers,aiming at improving the quality of migrant workers' labor force,pointing out specific methods and paths,aiming at promoting the competition of migrant workers' labor force in the labor market of Jilin Province.This is not only conducive to increasing the income of migrant workers,but also conducive to promoting social harmony and stability in the region.However,based on the current survey on the employment training of migrant workers in Jilin Province,and according to the theory of supply and demand balance,we find that the overall matching degree is low,which also reflects that there are still many problems in the employment training of migrant workers in Jilin Province,to a certain extent,restricting Jilin Province.The development of provincial employment training institutions for migrant workers.This paper takes the migrant workers in Jilin Province as the research perspective.As a major source of human resources and labor,it organizes large-scale labor export.Firstly,this paper combs the recent situation and characteristics of migrant workers in China,and illustrates the necessity of enhancing the employment training of migrant workers.Secondly,through sending questionnaires and reading relevant materials,this paper thoroughly analyzed the current situation of employment training of migrant workers in Jilin Province and the problems existing in the actual training process from two aspects:the poor accessibility of employment training for migrant workers;the unsatisfactory effect of employment training for migrant workers;the insufficient funds for employmenttraining of migrant workers;and the employment training propaganda for migrant workers.The transfer of migrant workers' labor force is not in place;the supervision and management of employment training for migrant workers are lacking.Starting from the reality of Jilin Province,this paper puts forward the main measures to strengthen the employment training of migrant workers in Jilin Province: improving the employment training service of migrant workers in Jilin Province;creating the employment training content of migrant workers in Jilin Province with characteristics;establishing diversified sources of funds for migrant workers' employment training;increasing the publicity of employment training for migrant workers in Jilin Province;and doing a good job in the employment of migrant workers' labor transfer.Training evaluation and feedback.
