With the successive promulgation of the 《 Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents 》 and《Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education》,the state attaches great importance to the work of youth sports.This is an important opportunity for physical education colleges to train front-line physical education teachers.Meanwhile,the sport of tennis has become increasingly flourishing among Chinese youth groups in recent years.However,there are still many challenges to train tennis teaching professionals in colleges and universities.In teaching,although the use of teaching methods is various,but the teaching effect is not satisfactory.Therefore,This study takes psychological training as the starting point,applies the situational teaching method to the tennis classroom,optimizes the existing problems in the teaching of the tennis special selection class,and enables the students to fully demonstrate their technical level in the competition,so as to improve the teaching quality of the tennis special selection class in sports colleges and broaden the latitude of the application of the situational teaching method in the sports discipline.Based on the theory of situational cognition and structuralism,and guided by the teaching syllabus of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,this study set up a specific experimental process,divided the experiment into two stages: basic and intensive,conducted an 8-week specific experiment,and verified the application effect of situational teaching method in the tennis class selection of sports colleges and universities.Using the investigation method,the research direction,content selection and situation construction were determined.Zhang Li Wei was quoted as the editor of the Evaluation Manual of Psychological Scale Commonly used in Sports Science to investigate the psychological changes of students before and after the implementation of situational teaching method.Finally,mathematical statistics were used to analyze the results.Results:(1)Situational teaching method promoted the depth,accuracy and volley of students’ baseline shots,but did not achieve significant difference(P>0.05),significantly improved the serving technique(P<0.05);(2)Situational teaching can significantly improve students’ learning and sports performance in the first part,loss of composure,determination,anxiety,fluency,effective tactics and other content(P<0.01),had little effect on program implementation and fatigue,and did not achieve significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The application of situational teaching method in the teaching of tennis students has a promoting effect on the athletic performance ability of students,but has a poor promoting effect on the technical ability.(2)Before and after the experiment,serve technique has a significant improvement effect,volley technique,baseline accuracy and baseline depth have no significant difference.(3)Situational teaching method can play a significant role in the psychological sports performance indicators such as learning and competition satisfaction,loss of composure,determination,anxiety,fluency,effective tactics,etc.,but it has a poor effect on the improvement of sports performance ability dominated by other factors such as program implementation and fatigue. |
