Research On The Application Of "Autonomous-Cooperative-Investigation" Teaching Method In Table Tennis Specialized Courses In Physical Education Colleges

In order to cultivate social sports,school sports talents,the implementation of teaching reform.The traditional teaching method in the teaching teachers as the center,pay attention to explain,and contemporary teaching is student-centered,display the creativity of students in the teaching process,teachers play a guiding role.So the cooperative inquiry teaching method to play the main role students,let the students’ active participation,active learning,willing to explore,to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability and build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.According to the independent cooperation practice in Chengdu Sport University table tennis class in the study of inquiry teaching method.The students in grade 2014 of Chengdu Sport University table tennis elective class as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method to explore the independent cooperation teaching method research in the use of sports colleges.The results of the serpentine group students were divided into experimental group and control group respectively,compared with the traditional teaching method and teaching independent cooperative inquiry teaching method,the student’s physical quality,basic table tennis skills,communication ability and learning attitude as the test content of this experiment,and the experimental test results were statistically analyzed.Experiments found that cooperative inquiry teaching method not only will help improve students ’ skills in table tennis,but also to develop students ’ team spirit,cooperation aspects of the effect is particularly significant,and draw conclusions.1.Independent cooperative inquiry teaching method and traditional teaching method compared to more conducive to students to raise the skill level of.2.Autonomous Cooperation inquiry play in the process of teaching,students’ autonomous learning and adapt to the individual differences of students,promote students’ feelings between and social awareness,improve the teaching quality of sports.3.Cooperative inquiry teaching method can effectively improve the students’ interest in learning,to enable students to fully enjoy the happiness and the positive emotional experience,promote the formation of students’ Lifelong Sports Thought.
