In recent years,the national education department attaches great importance to the development of "Internet + education",and constantly promotes the deep integration of the Internet and related technologies derived from it with education,so as to realize the reform of education and create new forms of education.As a new type of information teaching resources,micro-class has been applied by many teachers in the teaching process since its emergence with its short and concise content,rich and diverse lens language,diversified presentation methods and other characteristics.With the continuous improvement of education informationization requirements and the repeated epidemic of COVID-19,micro-lesson teaching method has been introduced into basketball course teaching.However,the development and application of basketball micro-lessons are still in the initial stage,with relatively short production means and simple presentation content.When used in teaching,it is difficult to arouse students’ interest in learning,resulting in unsatisfactory teaching effect.Based on this,this paper designs and makes mixed teaching resources for basketball micro-lessons and applies them to basketball teaching,in order to provide theoretical and practical references for improving the effectiveness of basketball micro-lessons teaching.In this paper,the construction and application of mixed basketball micro-class teaching resources as the research object.Students from two classes of physical Education major of Grade 2022 in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were selected as experimental subjects.The experimental class took mixed basketball micro-class teaching,while the control class took regular basketball class teaching.The teaching experiment lasted for 16 weeks.This paper adopts the method of literature,case analysis,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and compares and analyzes the data before and after the teaching experiment.The results are as follows:1.After the teaching experiment,there was no significant difference in the physical fitness indexes of students in the experimental class before and after the experiment(P>0.05),indicating that the effect of mixed basketball micro-class teaching on improving students’ physical fitness was not obvious.2.After passing the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental class had significant differences in the standard scores in the aspects of special basketball techniques,such as triangle sliding,hand-chest passing and catching,marching shooting and continuous shooting on both sides of the free throw line(P<0.01).Compared with the control class,there was no significant difference in the achievement of continuous shooting on both sides of the free throw line(P>0.05).3.After the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental class had significant differences(P<0.01)in the technical evaluation of the triangle slide,the two-handed ball passing in front of the chest,the marching shooting and the continuous shooting on both sides of the free throw line.Compared with the control class,there were no significant differences in the movement standardization of triangle sliding and marching shooting(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the movement standardization of passing the ball in front of both hands and shooting continuously on both sides of the free throw line(P<0.01).Research conclusion:1.Mixed basketball micro-class teaching is feasible in college basketball class.It provides a good reference for the design of basketball micro class and makes the content of basketball micro class more abundant and reasonable.2.The application of mixed basketball micro-class teaching in basketball class can effectively improve the performance of basketball-specific skills,strengthen the standardization of basketball movements,and further improve the quality of basketball teaching.3.Mixed basketball micro-class teaching has the characteristics of timely feedback and strong pertinently,which can help students deepen their understanding of knowledge points and display in a clearer and more vivid way,greatly improving students’ enthusiasm in learning basketball.
