On-line And Off-line Mixed Teaching Method In Gymnastics Course In Colleges And Universities

This research uses the literature material law,the Questionnaire Survey Law the expert interview,the Observation Law,the mathematical statistics law as well as the experimental research law.Taking the students of physical education major in gymnastics as the experimental object,this paper probes into the effect of online and offline mixed teaching method on the teaching and learning of gymnastics major in universities.After a semester of experimental research the experimental subjects were tested before and after the experiment,and the experimental data were collected and sorted out.The following conclusions were drawn:（1）After the experiment,thetest results of students’ gymnastics were analyzed,the results show that the on-line and off-line mixed teaching method can promote the internalization of gymnastic theory,strengthen the application of gymnastic skills,improve the teaching ability of students,and promote the improvement of teaching quality.（2）Through the observation method to carry on the statistical analysis to the student gymnastics skill,the on-line and off-line blended teaching is helpful to enhance the student study efficiency.（3）Through the analysis of the data of the self-regulated learning ability questionnaire,it is concluded that the on-line and off-line hybrid teaching method can effectively improve students’self-regulated learning ability and cultivate students’ self-regulated learning habit,make the student become the main body of study,guide the student to learn to study.（4）After the experiment to students teaching questionnaire,through data analysis,the students of online mixed teaching method in gymnastics classroom teaching satisfaction is higher,online mixed teaching interaction is better than the traditional gymnastics teaching,is conducive to improve students ’interest and classroom atmosphere,can better integrate the ideological and political elements of the course into the gymnastics course always,to achieve the purpose of education.
