| Physical education teaching method is the most important component in the process of physical education teaching,and it is the most important tool to achieve teaching objectives and teaching evaluation.In the teaching process,different teaching methods will achieve different teaching effects,and for different sports,only the correct teaching methods can improve the quality and efficiency of teaching,and then cultivate students’ awareness of "lifelong sports".Long force-feeding teaching method is used for the university basketball teaching,to teach students to master the basic technology for the teaching core,tend to ignore the training students’ cognitive ability and autonomous learning ability,with the reform of college sports,sports teaching method also presents the diversified teaching,famous British scholars hope to grasp teaching method is put forward,changed the traditional teaching of the teaching focus,give priority to in order to cultivate students’ tactics consciousness and cognitive ability,thus promote the students to master basketball basic skills.While grasping the teaching method has certain advantages in the application process,but at the same time it has some disadvantages,which bring some challenges to teachers.Based on the original theory and practice,this paper puts forward the bold hypothesis of "combining micro-video with comprehending teaching method",so as to carry out experimental research.This article USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,comparative method,the teaching methods of experimental method,at the same time,this paper takes Beijing sports university grade 2016 students of class 13 as experimental object,class 2016 grade 10 students for controlled object,the experiment process strictly control the experimental factors,through 64 hours(32)of basketball teaching,the results found that the microvideo and grasp the teaching method of teaching method in college basketball teaching is feasible,at the same time introducing the micro video means to help understand teaching method brings disadvantages.Compared with traditional teaching methods,it is found that:1.Based on the traditional teaching method,the teaching method combining comprehension teaching and micro video can promote students’ mastery of basic basketball skills.2.Base on the traditional teaching method,the teaching method combining the grasping teaching method and micro video better cultivates students’ tactical awareness and metacognitive ability.3.Based on the traditional teaching method,the teaching method combining the grasping teaching method and micro video can better promote students to form good basketball psychological quality.4.Grasp the teaching method combined with micro video can mobilize the enthusiasm of students in learning,stimulate their interest in learning basketball,and cultivate the enthusiasm of students to actively participate in class,laying a good foundation for the concept of lifelong sports. |
