| Since 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic began to break out in China as a specific sudden public health event.In the following two years,the epidemic has occurred repeatedly and tended to normalize,which has had a serious impact on people’s living environment and lifestyle.Pension institutions are an important link under the epidemic prevention and control mechanism,and also an important area for potential clusters of epidemics.Therefore,pension institutions implement strict isolation and prevention and control measures during the epidemic period.However,due to their old age,poor resistance and poor psychological endurance,the elderly have poor adaptability to respond to environmental changes,and their physical and mental health is vulnerable to the impact of the epidemic The psychological problems of the elderly in the past period,and the psychological difficulties of the elderly during the epidemic period,have their own particularity.Therefore,the psychological conditions of the elderly in nursing institutions during the epidemic isolation and prevention and control period should receive enough attention.This study focuses on X city G pension institutions of the elderly in the long outbreak quarantine measures under the implementation of obvious psychological discomfort,researchers based on social work support during the elderly group need to solve psychological problems,try to explore the social workers to provide psychological support for the elderly pension institutions service strategy and elderly psychological support service effect.Through participatory observation,questionnaire survey and interview,the researchers learned the psychological status and accompanying behavior of the elderly in G pension institutions.After analysis,they found that the normalization of the epidemic and the implementation of isolation measures caused elderly care For psychological problems such as increased anxiety,frequent sensitive anger,loneliness and sense of loss,the main causes of the psychological problems of the elderly during the epidemic isolation and prevention and control were analyzed from three aspects of environmental change,individual ability and peer support.Based on the above,social workers selected eight institutions in the elderly as the service object,take the intervention of group work,with social support theory and emotional ABC theory as the theoretical guidance,from the elderly individual negative emotion regulation ability,adjust the elderly outbreak of the new crown irrational understanding,strengthen the elderly in the isolation environment support network three aspects for the elderly through the psychological adjustment practice service,practice assessment: the group work of the new champions league epidemic prevention and control work of endowment institutions,the use of group work method obtains certain applicable effect,theoretical guidance suitable for isolation prevention and control During the psychological problems of the elderly,we reflect on the practical process of social work and more practical problems faced by the elderly,and finally the researchers put forward relevant suggestions to improve the social work service from the social work level and pension institutions level.First,social workers need to enhance the professional emergency service ability and clarify the intervention mode of sudden events;Second,the elderly care institutions need to improve the emergency service system and promote internal and external coordination.At the same time,they should pay attention to cultivating the awareness of independent participation of the elderly care institutions,improve the emergency response ability of the elderly institutions,and form a joint response to sudden public crises The resultant force of pieces. |
