| Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,China has been committed to promoting the modernization of national governance capacity and system,and shifting the focus of social governance downward to the grassroots level.In the context of government procurement of social work services,this study takes the relocation community of poverty alleviation in the relocation area as the research field,giving full play to the professional advantages of social work and voluntary services to assist in poverty alleviation,promoting the integration of residents in the relocation community of poverty alleviation in the relocation area,and achieving their stability and prosperity.This study takes the empowerment theory and organizational life cycle theory as theoretical perspectives,and takes the community self-organization formed by young elderly women in the relocation community F of the relocation community for poverty alleviation in the relocation area as the research object.Based on the author’s professional practice in the relocation community F of poverty alleviation in the relocation area for half a year,it conducts a practical study on the cultivation process of the "sunset red" square dance volunteer team in the F community through participatory observation and semi structured interview methods,The purpose is to analyze the cultivation process of self-organization in this community from scratch to excellence.Under the guidance of theory,the cultivation of the "Sunset Red" square dance volunteer team is gradually carried out from three stages: the establishment period,the conflict period,and the integration period.Based on the analysis of the problems and challenges faced by each cultivation stage in the practical process,the problems at each stage are solved from the perspective of empowerment theory,and in the process of solving the problems,self organization is empowered at three levels: the "individual level",the "interpersonal level",and the "environmental level".In this process,social workers play the roles of advocates,coordinators,supporters,and policy influencers,empowering the square dance volunteer team in four aspects:awareness,opportunities,self-efficacy,and empowerment,ultimately achieving sustainable self-organization operations,facilitating the transformation of self-organized members from passive service acceptance to self-help assistance,and promoting the implementation of social work service projects.Based on the practice of community self-organization cultivation in this study,it is concluded that policy support and guidance should be continuously strengthened at the macro level to consolidate service effectiveness.At the same time,grassroots organizations should attach importance to women’s participation,community self-organization,and the role of professional social workers in innovative social governance.As an indispensable professional service force in community governance,social work has a strong logic and operability in cultivating community self-organization through its theoretical methods and skills,which is another feasible path for self-organization cultivation. |
