A Case Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In The Social Adaptation Of Veterans ——From The Perspective Of Energy Enhancement

After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of veterans and military dependents and improve the service guarantee system for veterans,governments at the national,provincial,municipal and county levels have established veterans affairs management departments,opening a new era of service guarantee for veterans.The focus of the state has indeed met the practical needs of veterans to a certain extent.But more importantly,veterans need to face a new working environment and accept a new way of life,which are constantly testing the social adaptability of veterans.From the perspective of energy enhancement theory,this paper adopts the method of case study to analyze the difficulties and difficulties faced by veterans in social adaptation from the perspective of social work,and tries to explore and solve the three problems faced by veterans in social adaptation from the perspective of empowerment: how to scientifically analyze and evaluate the needs of the problems existing in the process of Social Work Intervening in veterans’ social adaptation;What aspects should be given to the social adaptation of ex servicemen;What can all sectors of society do to improve social adaptability.Therefore,this paper selects the veterans of Z City as the research object,through the intervention of social work,adopts the two modes of individual active empowerment and external promotion empowerment,improves the Veterans’ ability to adapt to the society from the three levels of individual empowerment,interpersonal empowerment and social participation,and explores the effective strategy and role of social work in the Veterans’ social adaptation.This study puts forward some suggestions on the involvement of social work in the social adaptation practice of veterans,but there are still some limitations,such as the research method is still relatively single,and the analysis of research data is not deep enough.
