Objective:To observe the effect of low-intensity resistance training with blood flow restriction combined with High-intensity resistance training on Wingate Anaerobic Test(WAn T)Performance,lower-extremity explosive performance,lower-extremity maximal strength,lower-extremity muscular endurance, body composition and lowerextremity circumference in male Chinese-style wrestlers.Method:Thirty-six male Chinese-style wrestlers were randomly divided into three groups:regular group(High-intensity resistance training group),Blood flow restriction group(Low-intensity resistance training with Blood flow restriction group),and combined group(Low-intensity resistance training with blood flow restriction combined with High-intensity resistance training group),to perform pre-competition half squat and lunge squat training three times a week for 6 weeks, with pre-test,mid-test and posttest before, after the third week and at the end of the intervention training.re-test,midtest and post-test were performed before, after the third week and after the intervention training period respectively, testing PP,PP/kg,AP,AP/kg,Min-P,PD(%)and standing long jump,30 m sprint run, vertical jump, deep squat 1RM and deep squat 60% 1RM maximum number of times;pre-test and post-test were performed before and after the intervention training, testing hip circumference, left and right thigh circumference and left and right calf circumference. The effects of different groups and within-group indicators were compared by repeated measures two-way analysis.Result:(1)In terms of changes in anaerobic exercise capacity, the PP value of the combined group improved significantly better than that of the regular group after 6weeks of training(P < 0.01)and significantly better than that of the blood flow restriction group(P < 0.05);the PP/kg value of the combined group improved significantly better than that of the regular group after 6 weeks of training(P < 0.05);the AP and AP/kg values of all three groups improved significantly after 6 weeks of training(P < 0.05)However,there was no significant difference between the groups(P >0.05);the Min-P values of both the blood flow restriction group and the combined group increased very significantly after 6 weeks of training(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05).(2)In terms of changes in lower-extremity strength, the three groups showed significant increases in standing long jump,30-meter sprint run, deep squat 1RM,and deep squat 60% 1RM maximum number of times after 6 weeks of training(P < 0.05),and the comparison between groups revealed that the combined group and the blood flow restriction group had significantly better effects than the regular group in the standing long jump(P < 0.05);the combined group was better than the regular group in the 30-meter sprint run and deep squat 1RM;the combined group was better than the regular group after 6 weeks of After 6 weeks of training, the long jump height of both the blood flow restriction group and the combined group were significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the comparison between the groups showed that the combined group was significantly better than the regular group and the blood flow restriction group(P< 0.05).(3)In term of changes in lower-extremity circumference, after 6 weeks of intervention, the left thigh circumference and right thigh circumference were significantly improved in all three groups(P < 0.05,P < 0.01);the hip circumference was significantly improved in both the blood flow restriction group and the combined group(P < 0.05);the left and right calf circumference were significantly improved in both the blood flow restriction group and the combined group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),and the comparison between groups revealed that the combined group was significantly better than the regular group and the blood flow restriction group in the effect of increasing left and right calf circumference, the combined group was significantly better than the regular group and the blood flow restriction group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)6-week intervention training,low-intensity resistance training with blood flow restriction combined with High-intensity resistance training can effectively improve the athletes’ anaerobic exercise capacity, which is specifically manifested in peak power, relative peak power, anaerobic average power and minimum power;lower-extremity strength, specifically manifested in standing long jump,30-meter sprint run, vertical jump height, squat 1RM and squat 60% 1RM maximum times;increase lowerextremity circumference, specifically manifested in hip circumference, left and right thigh circumference, and left and right calf circumference.(2)After 6 weeks of intervention training,low-intensity resistance training with blood flow restriction combined with High-intensity resistance training was significantly better than high-intensity resistance training and low-intensity resistance training with Blood flow restriction in improving peak power, vertical jump height, and left and right calf circumference; In relative anaerobic average power, standing long jump,30-meter sprint run and squat maximum strength performance are significantly better than high-intensity resistance training.(3)Blood flow restriction low-intensity resistance training combined with highintensity resistance training is more conducive to the transfer of training effects than low-intensity resistance training with blood flow limitation alone. |
