Research objectives: This paper mainly studies the principle and characteristics of low-strength resistance compound blood restriction training and analyzes the influence of this training method on lower limb strength of Chongqing sports high examinees.This study adopts the means of low-strength resistance compound blood restriction training to explore the improvement degree of LI-BFRT on lower limb strength.The influence of LI-BFRT on the improvement of lower limb strength on the scores of physical education college entrance examination was analyzed.The study of this method can provide reference for the research in this field,and provide scientific and reasonable ways of lower extremity strength strengthening for physical education candidates.Research methods: Using the methods of systematic review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,the experiment took 24 physical education college examinees in a middle school in Chongqing as the experimental objects.Subjects were randomly divided into LI-BFRT group(n=12)and control group(n=12).The LI-BFRT group received low-intensity resistance combined with blood flow restriction training,while the control group received ordinary resistance training of the same intensity.The training time of the control group was the same as that of the LI-BFRT group,3 times a week,50-60 min each time.It lasts for 8 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the lower extremity circumference,30-meter running,standing long jump,vertical jump in place,maximum power squat,800-meter running and lower extremity muscle endurance on both sides of the subjects were tested,and the corresponding indexes were obtained and the data were analyzed.Research results: After statistical analysis of the data before and after the experiment,it was found that the test indexes of lower limb thigh circumference,vertical jump in place,standing long jump,maximum strength of squat 1RM,800 m running and lower limb muscle endurance of LI-BFRT group before and after the experiment were significantly different(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in 800m(P=0.013<0.05).There was no significant difference in 30 meters in the experimental group(P>0.05),and no significant difference in each test index in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)8-week LI-BFRT training can significantly improve the explosive power,maximum strength and muscle endurance of lower extremity,and increase the circumference of lower extremity and thigh.(2)In LI-BFRT group,the standing long jump,the vertical jump in place,the maximum strength of squat,the muscle endurance of lower limbs,and the scores of 800 meters were significantly improved,but the scores of 30 meters were not significantly improved;The effect of LI-BFRT group on improving the maximum strength and endurance of lower limbs was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)The 8-week LI-BFRT can improve the maximum strength,explosive power and endurance of lower limbs,improve the starting and accelerating ability of the candidates,and improve the sprint starting ability,standing long jump and 800 m performance of the candidates in the physical fitness test.
