| Nowadays,the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce,which is essentially the competition for talents.Training high-quality talents with comprehensive abilities has become the goal of education in various countries.As the reserve force of the talent team,the development of middle school students is related to the future of the country.In recent years,more and more countries and regions have included problem-solving skills in the skill framework of talent training,especially as one of the core qualities of middle school students’ education.The ability to solve social problems pays more attention to the ability of individuals to solve problems in real social situations,which will have a key impact on middle school students’ social adaptation,mental health and social development.It is of great significance to improve middle school students’ skills to solve social problems.This paper used the intervention research method.First,it summarized the problem model of middle school students’ social problem solving skills on the basis of literature review,and then developed the intervention project model.Using group work method based on group dynamics and social learning theory,we intervened in six aspects of middle school students’ knowledge experience,coping style,cognitive ability,metacognitive regulation,self-esteem and self-confidence,and communication and cooperation ability,and ultimately improved middle school students’ skills to solve social problems.The specific intervention process was designed as a quasiexperiment.A total of 16 subjects were recruited.The comparative analysis between the intervention group and the control group was run.The data were collected in a quantitative and qualitative way.Finally,through process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation,it was found that the intervention was effective,and the follow-up evaluation results showed that the effect was sustainable for a period of time.On the basis of the above research findings,this paper made a professional reflection on the intervention,summarized the experience of significant effectiveness of group intervention from three aspects: group activities,service objects and social workers,and reflected on the research shortcomings.Finally,this paper put forward suggestions for the development of middle school students from four aspects:individual,family,school and social work,and calls for all parties to help with the healthy development of middle school students. |
