With the development of the social economy and the transformation of the social model,the market economy is gradually replacing the traditional planned economy system.The pressure of employment,life and competition is increasing day by day.Under such circumstances,most young people in small cities choose to go to the first-tier or big cities for development,and at the same time,they bear more responsibilities and pressure,and even more loans.On the other hand,from the perspective of China's household registration policy,large cities generally have household registration restrictions on children's enrollment,and private school tuition is also high.As a result,young parents have no choice but to leave their children behind and ask their parents to take care of them.Therefore,the problem of urban backwardness inevitably arises.Unlike the backward in rural areas,the material life of urban backward children is not lacking,but due to the lack of parents' company and education,they are more prone to psychological and behavioral problems,this paper mainly studies the majority of urban left-behind children prone to weariness.H community in Haikou City,the main performance of urban left-behind children in learning weariness: Do not abide by classroom and school discipline,do not complete homework,late and early leave,addicted to online games and novels,inattention in class,often absenteeism,truancy occurs from time to time,have no interest in school courses,have a deep negative emotion towards school teachers and too resistance to the daily management of the school.In order to further analyze the problem of school weariness among left-behind children in H community of Haikou city.First of all,the author made a preliminary understanding of the school-weary left-behind children in H community of Haikou city by using participatory observation method and interview method.Secondly,the author and the supervision of left-behind children and school teachers to discuss the status of left-behind children weariness and causes.Thirdly,through individual cases and group work,the author conducted an intervention for professional social work for retarded children in the H community in the city of Haikou.Finally,the author summarizes and thinks about the intervention work.The study found that intervention work has a significant effect on the fatigue of urban disadvantaged children in the H community in Haikou:Mainly reflected in the urban left-behind children through the intervention of learning motivation,the change of learning attitude,the promotion of self-learning and mutual awareness,effectively improve the parent-child and teacher-student relationship,through individual cases and group work,so that left-behind children in the weariness of school has been effectively alleviated and enhance the learning interest.
