The Study In Group Work Intervention In Junior Middle School Students Of Minority Rural Areas

At present,our country is undergoing social transition,junior middle school teenagers of minority rural areas affected by their social environments is facing a lot of problems in the process of growing.Social work can give full play of its unique professional advantage while intervening the growth of junior middle school students.Based on actual work necessaries,aiming at the practice of teenager group work and taking domestic research experience as reference,this thesis summarizes a method which combines progressive group work and individual case analysis to take localization practice of social work intervening the growth of junior middle school students of minority rural areas,and make evaluation and comparison of different intervening methods during the practice to explore the most suitable way for social workers.This study,taking group dynamics theory,network and social support system theory and personality development theory as guidance,employs the method of group work to provide professional social work service for junior middle school students in the Sa Town School.This thesis pays more attention in how to use the method effectively in minority rural area.Firstly,this thesis draws up the regulation and principle of intervention and builds the structure of practice on the basis of forecasting the process of group work intervention.Secondly,this thesis takes a further understanding of junior middle school students by carrying out three progressive groups of the experience group,the class group and the specific group while supplemented by individual observation,and corrects the problems like studying weariness and poor communication.Every group work would be the foundation of the next group work.Trust each other,find the problems and solve the problems.Thirdly,this thesis summarizes the experience and deficiency of group work intervention method.At last,this thesis discusses the future prospect of localization practice of group work intervening the growth of junior middle school students of minority rural areas and points out that specialization of work,professionalization of social worker,diversification of practice and high effectiveness of evaluation and promotion will be the irresistible trend of social work for the teenagers of minority rural areas.
