| Badminton is known as "the king of sports",which combines endurance,speed,strength,explosive power,flexibility,coordination,sensitivity and almost all other athletic abilities.At the same time,the change of psychology also plays an important role.Players across the net,each ball is full of infinite possibilities.The situation of turning the tables happens from time to time,which requires psychological resilience to regulate psychological stability.Resilience is the mental skill of staying calm and focused.It is related to "stress resistance","tenacity" and "facing difficult situations".The research on the characteristics of psychological resilience of adolescent badminton players and the cultivation of psychological resilience are the key to improve the psychological resilience of adolescent badminton players and improve their performance in the competition.In this study,the literature,questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate and analyze the psychological resilience characteristics of adolescent badminton players,and a set of targeted psychological resilience training programs were formulated according to the analysis of the survey results.Twenty young badminton players were trained in mental skills for 2 months by experiment.The following results were obtained by statistical analysis of the obtained data using mathematical statistics.(1)The analysis of 200 adolescent badminton players who completed the adolescent psychological resilience questionnaire showed that there were large differences in the levels of adolescent badminton players’ psychological resilience,and the degree of difference was different.The length of training is an important factor.With the increase of the length of training,the level of mental toughness of young athletes will also increase.Also,when it comes to gender,male athletes are better at controlling their emotions than female athletes.In terms of age,however,there was no significant advantage in the overall performance of mental resilience.(2)Through the text analysis of the interviews,the factors and characteristics of concentration,anti-pressure,stability,self-confidence and psychological resilience of young badminton players should have in the face of failure.(3)Adolescent badminton players and coaches have one-sided cognition of psychological resilience,athletes lack systematic psychological skills training,and coaches lack targeted training concepts.(4)The performance of psychological resilience was different in all dimensions,which led to the good performance of positive cognition of adolescent badminton players,but the relatively poor performance of emotional control,family support and interpersonal assistance.It can be seen that the development of each dimension of psychological resilience is not balanced enough.(5)20 subjects were trained in mental skills,including imagery training,relaxation training,goal setting training,systematic desensitization training and simulation training.After two months of mental skills training,the mental toughness level of adolescent badminton players has been significantly improved,but the level of different dimensions is different.(6)After mental skills training and mental toughness improvement,athletes can perform better and improve their performance in competition.Based on the experience and challenges encountered in this study,the following suggestions are made.(1)In the process of training athletes,coaches need to pay special attention to cultivating their psychological resilience.In addition,coaches also need to provide targeted training on mental skills combined with specialized training to help athletes better improve their mental resilience levels.(2)Through psychological skills training for athletes,the level of psychological resilience can be effectively improved,and the psychological structure of youth badminton special competition can be optimized.(3)Let athletes fully realize the importance of psychological skills training,enhance their sense of identity and enthusiasm for psychological skills training.(4)Improve the psychological resilience training program,constantly update the training content,and provide effective psychological protection for young athletes.(5)Attach importance to the cohesion of the team and maintain good interpersonal relations among members. |
