Campus football can be divided into four parts: football teaching, football team training, campus football culture construction and campus football league. Its core content is campus football teaching.Psychological skill training(PST)is an important part of sports training, which is widely used in various sports training.Practice has proved that PST can effectively help athletes obtain good training effect in sports training. Therefore, the application of PST in campus football teaching will help students to learn football skills efficiently. The purpose of this study is to test whether it can help students to learn efficiently by using two kinds of PST method: imagery training and suggestion training. In this study, experimental method is used as the main research method, male students of grade seven in Anshan No.2 Middle School as the research object(a total of 40 students,20 in each group, with an average age of 13.07 ± 0.5 years old).the experimental group added imagery training and suggestion training in football teaching. Then the students in the experimental group and the control group were tested in two stages of three basic football techniques: kicking the ball inside the foot, kicking the ball from the set piece and dribbling the ball around the bar.Compare and analyze the collected data. The experimental results show that:(1)In the first-stage test of the experiment(10 class hours),there was a significant difference in the results of the simple technique of ball passing and stopping on the inside of the foot(p<0.01),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. There was no significant difference between the test results of set-piece accuracy and dribbling around the bar(p>0.05),the learning effect of the two groups was the same.(2)In the second stage test of the experiment(20 class hours),there was no significant difference in the results of the simple ball passing and stopping test on the inside of the foot(p>0.05),the learning effect of the experimental group was the same as that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the test results of set-piece accuracy and dribbling around the bar(p<0.01),the experimental group was better than the control group.(3)Based on the data of the two test,it can be concluded that the experimental group that includes the appearance training and implication training in the teaching significantly improves the learning efficiency of football skills. The research conclusion is as follows:(1)The application of appearance training and implication training in campus football teaching can help students master football skills quickly and efficiently.(2)Appearance training and implication training in football teaching can change the learning form of students and make the learning form change from passive acceptance to active knowledge seeking.(3)In the short teaching time, the help effect of appearance and suggestion training on simple technical movements is better than that of complex ones, such as;During the long teaching time, the effect of appearance and suggestion training on the help of complex technical movements was significant, while the effect on the help of simple technical movements began to weaken.(4)For simple technical movements, the training effect of appearance and suggestion is inversely proportional to the time. That is,training can have a positive effect in the short term. The longer the training time, the less obvious the training effect; For complex technical movements, the training effect of appearance and suggestion is proportional to the time. That is: the longer the training time, the more significant the effect. In a short period of time, the training had no obvious effect.
