With the development of society, the accelerated pace of life, more and more health problems, especially mental health problems widespread concern in the community. College students, as a special social group, there is a wide range of mental health problems, the causes are not the same, mainly from a variety of psychological pressure, such as academic pressure, interpersonal love pressure,economic pressure, the pressure on employment and interpersonal stress and other psychological pressure caused. When faced with the same pressure, the pressure difference between the performance of different individuals have, this is because of the different personal ability to maintain mental health caused by psychological resilience, mental resilience included within the protective factor(self-efficacy,self-acceptance, emotional stability) and outer protective factor(problem solving, the support of friends, family support). Research also shows that exercise is one of the important factors that affect mental health, and that exercise psychological pressure and mental resilience would affect, if there is intrinsic link between the three, what is the mechanism, the past and there is no clear The findings, which are issues to be addressed in this study.In this study, exercise Rating Scale(PARS), Students ’Mental Stress Scale,students’ psychological recovery power table(RSUS) and other measurement tools,Yunnan Province 600 college students to investigate, using SPSS17.0 software,Yunnan sports and non-sports majors in physical exercise, mental stress and mental resilience circumstances, from grade, specialty, gender, child, family sources of demographic variables and different physical activity programs, sports professional level of different sports, non- Analyzing the Difference between PE of different exercise groups and to explore the relevance and interaction mechanisms inherent physical exercise, mental stress, psychological resilience between. The results showed that:(1) Training Situation for College Students of Yunnan and Sports Population criteria are still gaps in the frequency of exercise time and exercise needs to be strengthened.(2) college students’ psychological pressure in Yunnan Province as a whole in the lower-middle level, the main source of stress is learning stress and job stress. And there are group differences, the overall pressure level male than female;without siblings is higher than the one-child; Students students from towns of less than students from rural areas; long-term project to participate in collective exercisegroup compared with individual projects light workout student population; The higher the level the sport is relatively light pressure; sports majors than non-sports specialty light; non- PE Students participate in regular exercise group than the exercise group pressure light.(3) psychological resilience level of college students in Yunnan province as a whole is on the level, but 18.8% of the population is poor. And there are group differences, the overall level of psychological resilience male than female;college students to participate in a long-term problem solving exercise collective project stronger and friends to support the use of more, and higher long-term stability of the student population to exercise individual projects; Physical Education college students, sports training specialty and traditional sports majors in self-efficacy and superior stability, higher levels of psychological resilience sports level of college students better; non- sports majors in regular exercise group psychological resilience In the self-efficacy, stability, support of friends is better than to participate in exercise groups; PE Majors’ Psycho resilience was significantly higher than non- sports majors.(4) 3-5 times more than 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise weekly student population, showing the psychological pressure is relatively lower, relatively higher levels of psychological resilience. Was(5) Students between psychological stress and mental resilience significant negative correlation; family support dimension to the closest relationship to psychological pressure; a significant negative correlation between physical exercise and psychological stress, the frequency with which relations exercise psychological pressure most closely; physical exercise and mental resilience was a significant positive correlation between the frequency of the relationship between exercise and mental resilience of the strongest.(6) Physical exercise and mental resilience to psychological stress has forecast whether, and to jointly explain 63.1% of the total variance of psychological stress; psychological resilience plays an intermediary role in part to some extent between physical exercise and mental stress on untested.Based on the above findings, the following recommendations:(1) for Physical Activity is insufficient, the development of college students physical exercise incentive and supervision mechanism, create a vibrant campus atmosphere.(2)psychological pressure is a dynamic process that requires mental health education department staff regularly checks universities, pay close attention to high-pressure group, to give psychological counseling or intervention.(3) The survey found that, of Universities have poor student population of nearly 18.8% of psychological resilience,their probability of occurrence of psychological problems is the biggest, more attention should be given to encourage students to participate in sports and other cultural activities.(4) a reasonable physical exercise can help slow-release psychological pressure, but also can improve mental resilience level, college students should exercise appropriate control exercise 3-5 times a week, 31-59 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise.
