The reform of vocational education in the new era is deepening.Teachers in vocational schools have to renew their educational concept,optimize their professional teaching strategies and independently promote the "classroom revolution" in order to meet the needs of high-quality development of vocational education.As a new education concept,positive experiential teaching in the teaching process,through positive teaching methods,students can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,strengthen the emotional experience of learning,encourage students to actively participate in the experience,independently perceive,understand and construct knowledge.This teaching method accords with the concept of positive education of vocational education,adapts to the direction of vocational education reform and development,and meets the comprehensive development needs of secondary vocational students in the new era.In this study,literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and classroom observation method were used to investigate the teaching status of "Tax Basis" course in three secondary vocational schools A,B and C in Changzhou.Through the collation and analysis of data,it is found that there are seven main problems: in teaching,the lack of happiness in teaching goals,the lack of innovation in teaching methods,the lack of advanced teaching concepts,and the lack of diversity in teaching evaluation;in learning,students’ initiative is not high,self-confidence is insufficient,and easy to produce learned helplessness.According to the current situation analysis and theoretical analysis,this study clarifies the general goal and basic characteristics of positive experiential teaching,and uses six modules of positive education for reference to construct the positive experiential teaching mode of "Tax basis" course in secondary vocational schools,proposed "creating goal experience,guiding positive investment" "creating situational experience,stimulating positive emotions" "creating cooperative experience,building positive relationship" "creating attribution experience,perfecting positive self" "innovating conceptual experience,understanding positive significance" "creating excellence evaluation experience,training positive achievement" teaching strategy,and then carry out the exploration of positive experiential teaching practice of "Tax basis" course.The research shows that the positive experiential teaching can mobilize the students’ learning enthusiasm,cultivate students’ self-confidence and positive personality,improve students’ professional comprehensive quality,improve the teaching effectiveness of professional teachers,and improve the educational effect of "Tax Basis" course.
