The new concept of education in the era of "Internet plus" requires educators to pay attention to students’ personalized learning and development.The development of intelligent technology and network technology has brought opportunities for personalized learning,making it easier to carry out personalized learning in large-scale education.However,the effect of personalized learning for students in large-scale education does not seem to be ideal,and it is still difficult to achieve personalized learning for students.In order to enhance the effectiveness of personalized learning,promote the development of students’ personality,and enable students to learn better personalized learning,this study takes blended teaching as the background,starting from the perspective of students,to explore and analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of personalized learning for students.This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to study the factors that affect the personalized learning effectiveness of students in blended teaching.Firstly,after reviewing the literature,this study defines the concepts of blended teaching and personalized learning,and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad.Secondly,in-depth interviews were conducted using the interview method,the interview results were coded and analyzed,research hypotheses were proposed,and an impact factor hypothesis model was constructed.Then,a questionnaire survey was used to analyze and understand the effects of personalized learning among students in current blended teaching.After that,regression analysis was used to validate research hypotheses and hypothesis models,and determine influencing factors.Finally,based on the above research results,relevant strategies and suggestions are proposed.The following research conclusions are finally obtained from this study:(1)The main factors that affect students’ personalized learning effectiveness in blended teaching include learning style,learning goals,and tasks;Secondary factors include autonomous learning,learning resources,teacher guidance,and learning atmosphere;General factors include learning community,learning evaluation,knowledge background,and self-efficacy,and all factors have a positive and significant impact.(2)The effectiveness of personalized learning for students in blended teaching is at a medium or higher level,and needs to be improved.(3)Based on the conclusions(1)and(2),this study proposes improvement strategies and suggestions from the following aspects:Firstly,in terms of the construction of personalized learning environment in schools,it proposes: ○1 improving the construction of digital campus infrastructure to provide students with a physical foundation for personalized learning;○2 Building a dedicated educational resource center for university teachers and students,providing resource guarantee for personalized teaching and learning for teachers and students;○3 Deepen the application of intelligent technology to provide personalized teaching and learning experiences for teachers and students;○4 Carry out data supported process learning evaluation to improve students’ personalized learning effect.Secondly,in terms of improving teachers’ personalized teaching ability,it is proposed that: ○1 strengthen teacher training and cultivate teachers’ personalized teaching implementation skills;○2Strengthen teachers’ research on teaching skills and methods to improve their personalized teaching ability;○3 Encourage teachers to establish a learning community between teachers and students in teaching to provide personalized learning support for students.Thirdly,in the promotion of students’ personalized learning skills,it is proposed that: ○1 cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability and enhance students’ personalized learning effect;○2 Enhance students’ self-confidence and enhance their sense of self-efficacy;○3 Deepen students’ knowledge structure and improve their information literacy.To improve the effect of personalized learning for students in blended teaching,and provide theoretical guidance for the design of personalized teaching activities for teachers and personalized learning for students in blended teaching.
