| Honor is an important component of teachers’ professional value,quality and motivation.Normal students are the main force of teachers in the future.It is an effective way to resist the erosion of employment pressure,professional pressure and utilitarianism to stimulate the internal motivation of normal students for teachers’ career and cultivate their sense of identity,belonging and honor for teachers’ career.The cultivation of professional honor for normal college students is also an accelerator to meet the internal and external challenges of professional development with professional feelings and beliefs and to realize the transformation from candidates to teachers and experts.At present,in order to cultivate the sense of professional honor of normal college students,we should,according to the requirements of the new era for teachers,make positive and negative,commendatory and derogatory,glorious and disgraceful evaluations on the words and deeds of normal college students in daily life,learning and social practice,so as to build a solid professional honor belief,shape a complete professional value system,and have a profound experience to become a glory Teachers’ senior professional emotion.To cultivate the sense of professional honor of normal college students is conducive to the establishment of a high degree of self-awareness of the profession in the future career development.All these goals can not be achieved without the meticulous and systematic investment of normal education,and also the grasp of the psychological law of the development of professional honor of normal students.Therefore,this study takes normal students as the research object,discusses the connotation of the sense of professional honor of normal students through three studies,designs simple and efficient measurement tools for the sense of professional honor of normal students,and explores the positive effects and influencing factors of the sense of professional honor.In the first study,in-depth interviews were used to explore the connotation of professional honor of normal university students.Use NVivo 10.0 software to code the text.The coding follows the open coding,the related coding and the core coding,and finally forms three core coding results,that is,the professional honor includes three layers of progressive psychological structure of professional ethics,professional commitment and professional ideal.Professional ethics refers to the self requirements of normal students,as future teachers,for the excellent qualities and moral qualities they need to possess;professional commitment refers to the students’ adherence to the pre selected teacher’s profession and affirmation of the teacher’s professional value;professional ideal refers to the students’ integration of self value and teacher’s professional value when they constantly understand themselves and teachers’ profession The present normal students pursue the value of self and occupation.The second study was to develop a questionnaire of professional honor for normal students,which consisted of three progressive sub studies.Firstly,According to the psychological structure and connotation of the professional honor of the normal students,26 items of the questionnaire of the professional honor of the normal students are compiled.Secondly,the formal questionnaire of the professional honor of the normal students is determined by exploratory factor analysis,which includes three factors: the professional ethics,the professional commitment and the professional ideal.Thirdly,taking the learning burnout and the bereavement mentality as the criterion,the questionnaire is tested by correlation and reliability analysis The reliability and validity of the professional honor questionnaire for normal students.The results show that the sense of professional honor is negatively related to learning burnout and bereavement.The sense of professional honor can alleviate and adjust the negative and negative learning and life psychology.The results of these studies show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.The third is comparative study and follow-up study.In the comparative study,the comparison between the normal students and the normal students selected for the purpose of training excellent teachers shows that the professional honor and all dimensions of the selected normal students are significantly higher than those of the normal students,which reflects the promotion of the professional honor of the normal students,and is one of the professional emotion cultivation goals of becoming an excellent teacher and a Guangrong teacher.In the follow-up study,after one semester’s study,the relevant teachers’ practical experience and accumulated time of normal students can predict their professional sense of honor.Normal students’ participation in the relevant practical activities of teachers’ profession,such as supporting and tutoring,is conducive to the establishment of their professional sense of honor in contacting and understanding teachers’ profession.Professional sense of honor will have a positive impact on professional learning and school adaptation The sense of professional honor is an effective psychological resource,which plays an active role in Normal University Students’ professional learning and school adaptation.To sum up,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)The sense of professional honor of normal school students includes three elements:professional ethics,professional commitment and professional ideal.(2)The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.It can be used as an effective tool to measure the sense of professional honor and professional emotion.(3)Teachers’ professional experience and accumulated time can promote their professional honor,which can also have a positive impact on their professional learning and school adaptation. |
