Based On The Grounded Theory Analysis Of Enshi Xianfeng Bench Dragon Development Factors And Coping Strategies

The proposal of building a strong sense of Chinese national community has pointed out a new development direction and provided a new development opportunity for the development of national traditional sports.At the same time,national traditional sports provide a realistic path for building a strong sense of Chinese national community by promoting exchanges,exchanges and blending among all ethnic groups.As one of the traditional national sports events in Enshi,Xianfeng Bench Dragon can also achieve a strong sense of Chinese national community through tangible material entities and intangible spiritual consciousness.But at present,the development of Xianfeng bench dragon is out of touch with the development of Enshi national traditional sports,and its own development is also facing many difficulties.It is of great significance to analyze the factors that affect the development of Xianfeng bench dragon and put forward the corresponding development path on this basis for promoting the inheritance and development of Xianfeng bench dragon.In addition,the research results of Xianfeng Benben Long also have certain reference significance for the inheritance and development of other traditional national sports,and also have practical significance for summarizing the common development factors and development path of traditional national sports in Enshi.This study takes the factors that affect the inheritance and development of Xianfeng bench dragon in Enshi as the research object,uses the methods of literature,in-depth interview,and grounded theory to conduct qualitative research,uses Nvivo11 plus software as an auxiliary coding tool for text analysis,obtains the core categories that affect the development of Xianfeng bench dragon through three-level coding,and constructs the structural model of factors that affect the inheritance and development of Xianfeng bench dragon.The three-level coding results of grounded theory are as follows:Through the three-level coding of interviews with 9 scholars,experts,inheritors,coaches,staff of government departments and market staff related to Xianfeng Bendenglong,53 initial categories including leadership attention,leadership responsibility,national policy,sound management system,and sound legal system were obtained through the primary coding.On the basis of open coding,the initial categories are summarized and summarized,and the main categories with more general significance and higher level of abstraction are extracted,forming 10 main categories,including national policy management,competition level,scientific research level,marketization level,and publicity factors.Finally,the 10 main categories are divided into four modules,namely,security module,expansion module,integration module and main module,and the core categories that affect the inheritance and development of Xianfeng Benben Dragon are finally determined.The following conclusions are drawn through the analysis of the cultural exploration of Xianfeng Benben Dragon and the analysis of the core categories and the grounded theoretical model:(1)This paper explores the cultural value of Xianfeng bench dragon in different periods from several aspects,such as its origin,inheritance and development,and form of sports expression;Development period: leisure entertainment,active atmosphere;Mature and stable period: strengthen the body and inherit the culture.From the cultural value level,we can find the cultural path that Xianfeng Bench Dragon should follow in the development of today,that is,as a sports and cultural project,to provide activities for the masses to strengthen their health,leisure and entertainment,and provide a carrier for cultural exchanges for the nation.(2)After taking root in the theory of three-level coding,it is proposed that the main module is the original influencing factor of the development of Xianfeng bench dragon.The security module is a long-term factor that affects the development of Xianfeng bench dragon,the expansion module is a dynamic factor that affects the development of Xianfeng bench dragon,and the integration module is a stimulating factor that affects the development of Xianfeng bench dragon.The modules also work together to promote the inheritance and development of Xianfeng Bench Dragon.The main module provides intelligent path and strategic choice for the innovation of the security module,and the security module provides policy support and activity platform for the integrity of the main module.The security module provides support and development direction for the vitality of the expansion module,and the expansion module provides practical basis for the consolidation of the security module.The expansion module provides development potential and project recognition for the field of the integration module,and the integration module provides development impetus for the economy of the expansion module.The fusion module provides the path selection for the inheritance of the main module,and the main module provides the personnel,site and equipment foundation for the development of the fusion module.(3)After analyzing the development factor structure model of Xianfeng bench dragon,we can find out the problems existing in the inheritance and development of Xianfeng bench dragon,including the loss of inheritors in the main module,the unreasonable age structure of inheritors,the worrying health condition and the economic tension.Xianfeng Benben Dragon’s living environment is shrinking,cultural gap,equipment can not meet the needs of all age participants,and the soundtrack equipment is not new;The security module has "the embarrassment that the policy and regulations cannot go out of the office",the serious loss of staff related to inheritance and protection,the lack of attention and responsibility of leaders,and the lack of financial support.The organization of bench dragon events needs to be improved and scientific research investment needs to be strengthened;The problems of the expansion module include the urgent need to explore and improve the market value,the single means of publicity,and the lack of promotion carriers;The problems in the integration module include insufficient tourism integration and insufficient campus integration.(4)On the basis of a deep understanding of the bench dragon and the analysis of its influencing factors,the countermeasures are discussed,and the path for the inheritance and development of the Xianfeng bench dragon is put forward as follows:lay the foundation for development with talent training,stabilize its development with venues and equipment,expand its connotation with project resources,improve its inheritance breadth by entering the campus,promote cultural exchange with competition performances,promote communication with multiple carriers,expand market scenes with multiple markets With government policies as the guarantee and rural revitalization as the booster.
