Research On The Family Well-Being Influence Factors Based On The Grounded Theory

Society is composed by families, families are composed by family members,as a intermediate factor between society and person, the research of family well-being is very important.But, at the present stage, the research on family well-being is shortage, it is urgent to research the family well-being.Objective: To explore the formation form of family well-being and the factors of family well-being, and use time as a clue to explore family well-being.Methods: According to grounded theory, Through NVivo10.0 qualitative software to analysis the date of micro blog and the data of interview. through cycle analysis to obtain the results of the study.Results:(1) Totally,there are three levels of coding to find the influence factors of family well-being,the micro-blog text has got 191 free coding,48 relational coding, and 15 axial coding totally. axial coding including: family live experience(29.9%), emotional attitude and experience(27%), the physical and mental health experience(17.4%), satisfactory and rich experience(9.7%), the target value experience(5.8%) and the degree of satisfaction of social experience(5.6%),progress experience(3.4%) and educational experience(1.2%).(2) All the influencing factors of the present study were analyzed into three kinds of influencing factors: objective environmental factors, individual psychological factors and family factors. Among them, the objective environment factors including 443 times open coding, contribution 21.8% to family well-being; individual psychological factors including 962 times open coding, contribution 42.6% to family well-being; family factors including 725 times open coding, contribution35.6% to family well-being.(3)The family life cycle for the time axis is divided by new family(from the married couples to the first child's birth), mature family(from the first child birth to first child leave home) and deconstruction family(from the first child left home to both husband and wife died). The study found that the the relationship between husband and wife(43%) is the most important influencing factors of the new family; the economic factors(40%)is the most important influencing factors of the maturefamily; the demographic variables(35%) is the most important influencing factors of the deconstruction family.Conclusion:Formation the model of family well-being, the model of family well-being influence factor, and the model of family life cycle.In order to search the need of Chinese families, and to improve the sense of happiness of the family, put forward some suggestions.
