| With the further development of educational informatization,the theoretical and practical research of blended teaching model is developing rapidly,especially in the post-epidemic era,blended teaching will gradually become the basic practice form in the stage of basic education.It is necessary to summarize the experience of online teaching,to play up strengths and avoid shortcomings,moreover flexibly apply the blended teaching model.Exploring the application of blended teaching model in senior high school geography teaching has great significance for changing students’ learning style,cultivating students’ core literacy of geography subject,and cultivating innovative talents needed in the information society.In the information society,geography teaching must constantly meet the needs of students’ learning,work and life now and in the future.According to the Geography Curriculum Standards for Ordinary senior High School(2017 edition,2020 revision),teachers should “adhere to diversified concepts,use textbooks flexibly,use multiple resources actively,understand,comprehend and harness different teaching ideas and teaching models,promote openness in geography teaching,and encourage students to think independently and explore and learn collaboratively with each other”.The blended teaching model provides an open learning space for students,promotes the deepening and expansion of classroom teaching,gives full play to the advantages of the intelligent teaching platform,attaches importance to the main position of students,and advocates the independent,cooperative and inquiry learning style,which to a certain extent is in line with the geography curriculum standard of “innovation in cultivating the core literacy of geography as a learning style”.However,the practical application of blended teaching model in senior high school geography teaching is relatively small.The results of the application of blended teaching model and the practice of geography teaching are relatively few,and further research is needed.Based on this,this study focuses on the core question: “How to apply the blended teaching model to the geography teaching in senior high school?”.In order to answer this question,the study take the idea of model construction,instructional design and application,reflection and suggestion from three aspects:Firstly,we comb through the relevant literature on blended teaching and blended teaching model,review the current status of research in related fields at home and abroad,define the core concepts,and elaborate the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,based on the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of the blended teaching model,this study analyzes the characteristics,construction principles,main stages,and components of the blended teaching model,draws on the existing blended teaching model,fully considers the feasibility and convenience of the intelligent teaching platform,and tries to propose the blended teaching model applied to the three stages of pre-class independent learning,classroom collaborative inquiry,and post-class consolidation and expansion,based on the The study proposes the implementation process and overall structure of the blended teaching model applied to the teaching of specific subjects,and clarifies the process of the application of the blended teaching model in senior high school geography teaching.Again,this study proposes five major application strategies of the blended teaching model in senior high school geography teaching,taking the Micro Teaching Assistant intelligent teaching platform as an example,and illustrates them with the content of the Xiangjiao version of senior high school geography Optional Compulsory 1,in the section 2,Chapter 2 “Changes in surface morphology”.Finally,taking the "Evolution of the Earth" section4,Chapter1,Compulsory Geography for senior High School in Xiangjiao version as an example,we design a teaching case of the application of blended teaching model in senior high school geography teaching,and analyze and reflect on the actual teaching implementation,so as to make suggestions on adopting blended teaching model in geography teaching in senior high school.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: first,the blended teaching model has realistic feasibility in senior high school geography teaching.Second,the application of blended teaching model in senior high school geography teaching requires adherence to certain strategies.Third,in terms of teaching practice,students have positive attitudes toward the use of blended teaching model in the process of teaching senior high school geography but are not strong enough.Fourth,based on the design,implementation and reflection of the teaching cases,we analyze them on the basis of teaching practice,and outline three application suggestions based on the experience in the actual teaching process,namely,setting the content and form of online learning rationally,planning teaching and learning assessment consistent with multiple teaching activities,and building a learning community in blended teaching,with the intention of providing reference for better application of blended teaching model in senior high school geography teaching.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the application of blended learning model in senior high school geography teaching.At the same time,the application of the blended teaching model needs to be actively explored by educational researchers and senior high school geography teachers,so that the blended teaching model can give full play to its advantages in improving the quality and efficiency of geography teaching in senior high school. |
