| Yoga was formally introduced into universities in 2002 and has been developed for more than 20 years,and is a course set up in response to the needs of the times.The majority of teachers adopt the traditional teaching mode of teachers giving lectures and students following the teacher’s programmed practice,which is a single form of teaching.In the teaching process,teachers focus too much on the completion of yoga asanas and neglect the movement patterns of students.When students participate in yoga practice,they pursue the completion of yoga asanas under the wrong movement patterns,resulting in movement compensation.This study combines the actual situation of yoga elective courses in colleges and universities to develop targeted elastic band resistance training content,aiming to change the traditional yoga teaching mode,enrich the yoga classroom teaching content,stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to learn yoga and promote the development of yoga in colleges and universities.To address the existing wrong movement patterns of female university students in college yoga elective classes,to verify that the FMS test can be applied to college yoga elective classes,to explore the applicable effect of elastic band resistance training in yoga elective classes,and to make up for the lack of research theories on elastic band resistance training in yoga.In this paper,literature,interviews,teaching experiments,measurements,questionnaires and mathematical statistics were used.The effect of the application of elastic band resistance training in a college yoga elective course was studied,using the seven FMS movements and physical fitness(five items)as test indicators.It was concluded from the elastic band resistance training intervention that:1.Functional Movement Screening can be applied to yoga teaching to detect potential sports injury risk of female university students in college yoga elective classes in advance and reduce the risk of sports injury in yoga elective classes.It will enrich the teaching evaluation system and provide data reference for diagnostic and summative evaluation.2.The elastic band resistance training can be applied to the college yoga elective class,which can effectively improve the physical quality and athletic ability of college students compared with the conventional yoga teaching.After the experimental intervention,the experimental group scored higher in yoga asanas compared to the control group,and the experimental group’s performance in yoga poses was enhanced.Students’ interest in learning and class participation increased.3.Elastic band resistance training could improve the wrong movement patterns of female university students.After the experimental intervention,the overall scores of the FMS test in the experimental group increased significantly,and the scores of the control group also increased relatively.The experimental group showed significant improvements in the deep squat,linear lunge squat,trunk stability push-up and active straight leg raise movement patterns,and very significant improvements in the straddle bar,shoulder flexibility and rotation stability movement patterns. |
