| Band resistance training not only improves muscle strength,but also improves technical movements.It is widely used in the fields of mass fitness,sports training and medical health.It is a kind of training method which can realize various training purposes.The side sliding shot-put is a fast strength event which is dominated by physical fitness and integrates speed,explosive power and technology.It is one of the learning contents of the general course for students majoring in physical education.Resistance training of elastic belt conforms to the technical characteristics of side slide shot-put.At present,resistance training of elastic belt is weak in the teaching and application research of side slide shot-put technique.Therefore,this experiment focuses on verifying the effect of resistance training of elastic belt on promoting lateral slide shot-put teaching of physical education students.In order to develop and improve students’ physical ability and skills of lateral slide shot-put,the means,content,method,load and organization integration of resistance training of elastic belt are designed and studied.A total of 12 male students in the experimental group and the control group were selected from two general track and field courses of physical education major in College of Physical Education of Guangzhou University.The experimental group used elastic band resistance training,the control group used conventional resistance training.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the two groups of male students were compared and analyzed in specific physical fitness indexes,seven functional action screening indexes,side sliding shot-put scores,technical scores,the number of qualified students and teaching feedback evaluation.At the same time,the test subjects were required to wear the exercise body energy consumption recorder in each class,and recorded and analyzed the changes of the MVPA% and Kcals of the two groups of students in the 8 classes.This paper tries to demonstrate the teaching effect of resistance training of elastic belt on promoting students’ side sliding shot-put from more angles.After 8 weeks of intervention,the results were as follows:1.There are significant changes in the three physical fitness scores of the two groups of students before and after the experiment.The results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in standing 30-meter acceleration running and front throwing solid ball and there were significant differences(P < 0.05).The results of the control group in standing triple jump were better than those of the experimental group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The total mean scores of functional action screening were significantly different between the two groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).Among them,the experimental group had significant improvement in hurdle step,shoulder flexibility,trunk stability push-up and trunk rotation stability(P < 0.05),while the control group had significant improvement in squat,hurdle step and straight lunge(P < 0.05).After the experiment,the experimental group was better than the control group in trunk stability push-ups,trunk rotation stability and total average score,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).3.Before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference between the two groups of students in the lateral sliding shot put(P<0.01).The average shot put score of the experimental group was improved by 1.7 meters,while that of the control group was improved by 1.36 meters.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups of students in the lateral sliding shot-put and technical scores(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.4.In terms of teaching feedback evaluation,the number of sports injuries in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of teaching and training content was better than that in the control group.5.There was no significant difference in MVPA% and Kcals between the two groups(P>0.05),but the MVPA% and Kcals of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The resistance training of elastic belt can improve the performance of side slide shot-put of physical education majors,which is more in line with the technical characteristics of side slide shot-put,and the teaching effect is better.2.Compared with the conventional resistance training,the resistance training of elastic belt can better improve the physical fitness of students majoring in physical education in lateral sliding shot-put.3.Resistance training of elastic belt can improve the scores of physical education major students in functional action screening and make the number of high scores more concentrated.4.The elastic belt resistance training is rich in action content,which improves the performance of physical education major students in technical evaluation and achievement.At the same time,reduce sports injuries,improve learning interest,enhance the fun of teaching.5.The combination of elastic belt resistance exercise makes the teaching content of lateral sliding shot-put rich and the teaching arrangement meets the requirements of the learning process of motor skills.The exercise load borne by students in the course of class is reasonable and the health benefit is good. |
