"Building ethics and cultivating talents",comprehensively improving students’ ideological and political literacy has always been the purpose of Chinese education,but also the fundamental need for students to realize self-improvement and self-development.It has become the internal mission and task of higher education in the new era to cultivate virtues and cultivate people.Traditional sports teaching often attaches importance to students’ knowledge and skills,but ignores the development of moral education.The ideological and political construction of college curriculum is the fundamental way to carry out the moral education task of cultivating people in physical education curriculum,the embodiment of the function of congenital moral education in physical education,and also the channel of ideological and political theory education in colleges and universities.The current course ideological and political progress is still in the implementation stage,and a perfect evaluation mechanism has not yet been formed.How to evaluate the teaching quality of ideological and political education in golf courses has become an important issue to promote the in-depth development of ideological and political education in golf courses.To test the teaching quality of ideological and political education in golf courses by means of evaluation-improvement is the driving force to effectively improve the quality of ideological and political education in golf courses.This study mainly studies the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching quality of golf special courses through literature,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Based on the literature,the evaluation index system was preliminarily drawn up,and a formal evaluation index system was obtained through three rounds of screening by experts.The weights of indexes at all levels were calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in the form of expert scores,and finally the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching quality of golf courses was obtained.Finally,an empirical study is conducted on the quality evaluation of ideological and political teaching in the form of questionnaire survey.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In education evaluation theory,the theory of man’s all-round development and education target classification theory as the theoretical basis,invite 14 golf teachers taught in colleges and universities a line as the Delphi expert,after three rounds of index screening,construct objectively,scientifically reflect the special golf course education teaching quality evaluation index system,including 4 first-level indicators,There are 15 secondary indicators and 50 tertiary indicators.2.The weights of indexes at all levels of the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching quality of golf courses are obtained by using analytic hierarchy process.Fourteen experts of Delphi Method were invited to assign weights to indicators at all levels,and the importance of indicators at all levels in the evaluation index system was accurately obtained.The weights of first-level indicators ranked from highest to lowest in order were teaching process,teaching effect,teacher quality and teaching preparation,with teaching process being the most important and teaching effect the second.3.According to the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching quality of golf courses,the teacher and student versions of the questionnaire for ideological and political teaching quality evaluation of golf courses are designed and formed.In the practical application,it is found that teachers still need to further implement the work in the design of teaching objectives,the integration of teaching content and ideological and political content,the application of teaching methods,and the cultivation of students in the aspects of special knowledge,sports ability and international vision need to be improved.Therefore,it can be concluded that the evaluation index system is objective and reasonable. |
