The cultivation of sports talents in colleges and universities is an important support for the prosperity and strength of competitive sports in China. The 100-meter race is a speed event dominated by the physical ability. The special physical quality occupies the core position of the physical ability. It can directly promote the mastery of the special technology and improve the special performance. From the perspective of the current training status of men's 100-meter race in colleges and universities in China, this paper constructs the special physical quality index system and evaluation standard of outstanding men's 100-meter race athletes in colleges and universities in China, which will play a supporting and leading role in the selection and development of outstanding men's 100-meter race athletes in colleges and universities in the future.Based on the excellent Chinese colleges and universities, the men's 100-meter run athletes special physical quality as the research object,USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, test method and mathematical statistics methods, such as using the Excel and SPSS statistical methods to data statistical analysis, the final build excellent men's 100 m runner in colleges and universities special physical quality index system, forecast model and evaluation standard. The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)based on the principles of scientificity, operability, objectivity and conciseness, the framework of the final indicator system is as follows: 5 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 54 third-level indicators through three processes of data collection, indicator selection, expert selection and statistical method. It is composed of motion frequency factor, lower limb explosive force factor and velocity force factor.Nine typical indexes of special physical qualities of outstanding male 100-meter runners in colleges and universities were selected.(2)using the grey correlation method, and find out the men's 100-meter run special physical quality index in colleges and universities and special grades of correlation degree and the size of the weight: the standing triple jump > the tenth level jump steps> 100 m number> the standing long jump> 5 steps long jump > 60 meters high > 10 seconds moving leg lifts number >10 seconds in situ high leg lifts number> 30 meters running number,is in the top three indicators,100 meters long jump and the standing triple jump, magnitude of steps.(3)after the average step length and step frequency were calculated based on the stepsof 30 meters,60 meters and 100 meters of the test subjects,it was found that the average step frequency and step length of the outstanding male athletes in Chinese universities performed very well in the first 30 meters of the 100 meters, but there was a certain gap between the maintenance ability of the step frequency and step length in the second half and that of the high-level male 100-meter runners in China.(4)step by step regression method is used to find out three typical correlation coefficients that are highly correlated with special sports performance, and a prediction model of special physical quality and special sports performance of outstanding male 100-meter runners in colleges and universities in China is established: Y= 19.718-0.995x4-0.028x6 +0.023x9.Based on the research results, the following Suggestions are made:1.Based on this research,we hope to expand the sample size and further improve the indicator system and evaluation criteria.2.Strictly unify the measuring tools and methods and conduct standard operation during the index test.
