Experimental Study On The Effect Of Figure Rope Skipping Exercise On Attention Stability In Children Aged 6-7 Years

Abstract/Summary:
Study objective: Children’s ability and level of self-control are closely related to children’s attention level.Age of 6-7 years is an important stage to cultivate attention and focus time.This study hopes that through the intervention of 6-7 years old students figure rope skipping course,compared with the traditional physical education,to explore the figure rope skipping to children’s stability level has significant influence,in order to improve the quality of the primary school physical education in Shanghai,but also for figure rope skipping sports further promotion in the campus to provide theoretical reference.Research method: This paper mainly adopts the literature data method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,logical analysis method and other research methods,among which the experimental method is mainly adopted.The effect of figure rope skipping in children’s attention stability was compared with40 students from grade 20 in the experiment(including 20 in the experiment group and 20 in the control group).Research results:(1)after 15 weeks of experimental intervention,in the physical quality(50 meters,sitting forward flexion,1 minute rope skipping),the experimental group and the control group had a significant improvement in the three items,and there was no significant difference in 50 meters and sitting forward flexion.(P> 0.05);the 1-minute rope skipping project was significantly improved compared with the control group,with a very significant difference(P <0.01);(2)after 15 weeks of experimental intervention,the attention stability index of students in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group,with a significant difference(P <0.05).(3)After 15 weeks of experimental intervention,the number of attention maintenance time of the students in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group,with a very significant difference(P<0.01).(4)After 15 weeks of experimental intervention,the attention stability level of both men and girls in the experimental group was significantly improved,and the maintenance time of girls was improved more significantly,with a significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Compared with the traditional physical education courses,the figure rope skipping exercise has a good effect on improving the students’ physical quality level,and it is more obvious in the one-minute rope skipping event.(2)Pattern rope skipping exercise can effectively improve the attention stability index level of children aged 6-7 years old.(3)Pattern rope skipping exercise can effectively improve the attention maintenance time of children aged 6-7 years old.(4)Pattern rope skipping exercise promotes the attention stability of both men and girls,and the intervention effect of attention maintenance time is better than that of boys.Research recommendations:(1)Due to the current conditions,the intervention time may not be enough.If conditions permit,the intervention time can be increased,such as increasing the intervention cycle to 32 weeks(i.e.,one academic year),so as to achieve more accurate and better study results.(2)The research object are first-year children aged 6-7.It is suggested that children in kindergarten class or even second or third grade can be added in the later research objects to further explore whether figure rope skipping is suitable for the influence of attention stability in other age groups.
