Confucianism and legalism,as two major schools of thought among hundreds of schools,contain scientific and rich management wisdom,and have exerted a subtle influence on the ideology of Chinese social life since ancient times.The management thoughts of Confucianism and legalism are generated based on the discussion of the nature of human nature,and they have certain judgments and opinions on the management of human nature and morality,among which the management theory and practice method are born.As a means of management,Confucian attributes are soft and legalist attributes are rigid.When both of them are applied to management practice,the phenomenon of extreme management can be effectively controlled.Nowadays,the problems of moral education in junior high schools emerge in an endless stream,and the management of moral education in junior high school reveals many omissions and deviations in aspects of "human nature" and "rule of law".The Confucian and legalist management thoughts have much in common with the goal concept of moral education management in junior middle school,which can improve the current situation of moral education management in junior middle school to a certain extent and enhance the effectiveness of moral education management in junior middle school.Therefore,studying the application of Confucian and legalist management thoughts is of great significance to the moral education management in junior middle school.By referring to literature and other materials,this paper probes into the theoretical basis of the application of Confucian and legalist management thoughts in junior middle school moral education management,concludes and summarizes the theoretical basis and main content of their management thoughts,and explores the inevitability of their application in junior middle school moral education management.Then,taking the Second Middle School of L City as an example,questionnaires and interviews are conducted on the current situation of school moral education management from five dimensions: moral education goal,moral education organization,moral education curriculum,moral education culture and moral education evaluation.The problems are as follows: moral education goal is general,deviating from the reality;The moral education organization lacks leadership,the family school community is not close;The content and form of moral education curriculum are monotonous and the subject moral education is not penetrated enough.Moral education cultural activities are not rich enough,the system culture needs to be strengthened;The evaluation of moral education is one-sided and unitary,lacking the evaluation of teachers.And then from the school,family and society three aspects of the cause of analysis.According to the research results and reason analysis,this paper combines the application of Confucian and legalist management thoughts,and puts forward some guiding practical logic and optimization suggestions for the moral education management in junior middle school.Among them,the practical logic is as follows: In the essence of management,people-oriented,respecting the law of teachers and students’ physical and mental development;In the principle of management,maintain neutralization,adhere to the principle of personalized and harmonious development;On the basis of management,on the basis of law,to formulate just and strict rules and regulations;In the management means,incentive control,improve the organization’s action force and executive power;In terms of management control,we should set up a powerful and efficient atmosphere of organizational leadership.In the purpose of management,rigid and flexible,to achieve the coexistence of management strength and temperature.Optimization suggestions are as follows: In the goal of moral education,clarify the goal of moral education,adhere to the people-oriented,the pursuit of harmony without difference;In the moral education organization,perfect rules and regulations,overall management institutions,build organizational network;In moral education curriculum,expand moral education curriculum,integrate subject resources;In terms of moral education culture,we should create moral education atmosphere,carry out cultural activities and construct institutional culture.In the evaluation of moral education,we should realize multiple evaluation and pay attention to the evaluation subject. |
